Went to this resort for honeymoon. Great place, they have their own private beach. Restaurant in the resort or good. Hospitality is the best in class.

A touch of paradise! Very friendly staff, and the rooms are clean and well maintained. Easy to get to the Gili islands if you want to dive. Highly recommend.

Super nice hotel with very friendly staffs. Room is clean and well decorated furniture. I appreciated with their happy hour from 4pm to 10pm. It’s a private beach.

Stayed for 4 nights here and I enjoyed every minute. Excellent service, excellent view, great breakfast, great room, great facilities. Located between the airport and Gili so it's convenient. Would very love to stay here again if I had the chance.

Amazing place!! From the moment I stepped into this beach resort I was blown away by top service from every single staff member, the food at the restaurant was just amazing and so worth every cent!
The rooms were thoughtfully designed and spacious, had the chance to stay in their private pool villa as well! Which was decent and good for private space to chill.
The resort comes with two huge pools, one for adult only at the spa area which allows you to have the peace and quiet to relax after a massage and spa, while the public pool infront of the restaurant serves as a perfect chill spot for the most amazing sunset, where you can catch a glimpse of Mt Agung on a fine weather day!
One downside and a bummer, which I believe occurs all around lombok, is the amount of ants around such beach resorts, I did mention it to the staff and they did try their best to get rid of the ants, but I guess being in such a tropical jungle setting, these ants never seem to disappear.
Other than that, the resort sure met all my expectations and is a great place to bring family and friends to just have a relaxing getaway!

Staff a food was good for the 1st 3 days then there appeared to be a shift change and the service and food quality took a turn downwards.We took two villas overlooking the beach which were nice but a bit dated and a little tired looking.Our sons villa upstairs retained a strange smell the whole week. Airport pick up was great in a nice large vehicle. Drop off was in a tiny car with us all squashed in.Overall comment is that while it was an ok stay overall we wont be back.

I have to give Jeeva Klui an extra point just for the friendliness of the staff. Thanks to Mount Agung, for the first couple of days we pretty much had the place to ourselves and it was divine. The rooms are lovely, the food is great, the sunsets blow your mind and the staff are friendly and attentive.

Lovely place. We had a floor level sea facing room. The sea is maybe 50m away. The staff are very nice and make a point of using your name which is also great. You can sit outside your room and watch the sun set. Mosquitos are much less of a problem than we thought. So far we have not used any repellent and no bites. Nevertheless there is a net over the large bed, which is nice and comfy. Food is also amazing. There are different menus for the different areas and time of day. The new adult-only pool is smaller but more private than the main pool, but having said that we saw no children, which is also a plus. They can arrange airport transfer but if you taxi yourself be sure to go to the official blue airport transfer counter to not get ripped off. Would happily come back.

The sunset views felt so private! Relaxing and accommodating. I will definitely be back with my fiance. The spa packages were nice. The best part was the ocean view! We had every meal overlooking the ocean

This location marker is wrong. Jeeva klui is NOT on Jl. Pantai Klui Mataram.
Correct location is already marked at "Jeeva Klui Resort Lombok"

Secluded beach with an amazing infinity pool. All the service was really good including the restaurant and the way the staff made up our room every time we left! We had a pool villa with outdoor bath and shower which was total luxury. Rent a motorbike for 10 dollars a day to get into sengiggi or enjoy the beautiful beach front.

Absolutely an amazing place to relax and enjoy a vacation!!
My husband and I stayed at Jeeva Klui for a week (Jan/2017), and we didn't leave the resort except for one afternoon (when we walked down the street to check out another resort). Love, love, and love our time at Klui, we definitely will go back to Jeeva Klui. My friend recommended this resort, and we couldn't thank her enough for it!
The service was excellent; the spa, the pool, the sunset, the food, the room and the peacefulness of the surrounding. Top notch!!

Jeeva Klui a hotel located on Mangsit beach, great vibe hotel. With large comfortable beds and an outdoor shower. Only a couple of steps to the beach from front door, This paradise hotel. Variety of delicious cocktails at happy hour by the pool whilst the sun set over the sea. Spa facilities are incredible. Breakfast options are plentiful with lots of healthy fresh options to start your day right.
If you want a peaceful rest with lovely views of Agung mount volcano this hotel can be selected as your starting point. Everyone was genuine in their warm welcome,
No buffet every meal including breakfast was a la carte and everything beautifully prepared fresh hot and straight from the kitchen including the bakery Especially loved the afternoon tea
Service better than Raffles of The Ritz.
During stay here you will feel like something healing power that reebot your’s body.

Our first time in Lombok was a fantastic experience. My boyfriend & I stayed at Jeeva Klui 2 nights and we loved the look and vibe of the resort. It really is a quiet resort surrounded by the natural flora with a fantastic picturesque location. If you're looking to get away from the Bali hustle and bustle this resort, located facing the ocean, is perfect.
The staff members are very friendly and more than accommodating if any issues arise to make us feel home and comfortable. Our oceanfront suite was lovely and beautifully clean including a large terrace for lounging and the lovely view across the lawn to the sea.
Amazing infinity swimming pool overlooking the beach where we could contemplate an incredible sunset.

Really upscale with a beautiful view and a friendly staff who always have a smile on their faces. A LOT of choices for breakfast which you can order. And delicious too. So why didn't I rate 5 stars? Because it is not (yet) perfect. Wifi is the worse, ordering food takes some time, because half the staff can barely talk English, and there was only one outlet in our room. I would still highly recommended this place though, because it is really upscale, calm and it truly gives you the feeling your on holiday.

Great resort. People are awesome!! Rooms are splendid with a beautiful view on the sea. Food is also perfect, mostly the breakfast. One bad point, the beach not really nice to stand on.

Beautiful beach view, I can see sunset from the room, hear the ocean, clean room and great services. Breakfast starts at 7am. Bicycle is free for guests but only 2 are available. You can use the bicycle until you get tired :)

We have been here twice and recommended to friends, many of who have alos become repeat visitors.
Sure its 90 mins from the airport, sure its away from easily ''walkable'' restaurants and other such touristy places. But thats part of its charm. The rooms are wonderful (get a front beach line, top floor room). the staff are amazing, the nicest people you can ever meet.
The food is without exception delicious and for those of us who miss their bacon sandwiches whilst in Islamic Asia, fear not as you can enjoy bacon here to your hearts content.
If you want tranquillity, and to simply be pampered and at low cost come here.
If you want discos, parties, tourist attractions then go to Bali!!!
