You will never be on Time where you are planning to go, the plan was to catch the ferry to sumbawa around 3 pm, and arrived in Mataram they told us that we had to wait till 3 pm to get a bus then to go to take our ferry. Way to let for us, what other option for us, spend more money to get on time!
Do not trust their yeahyeah answers, just go and see someone else!
But it is Indonesia right?! So it could happen with any other travel « planner ».

The manager tried to hit me! The police had to stop him. Very aggressive man that tried to hit a girl with a big backpack and just 1m65. Tried 4 times and then came after me with his motorbike. Lucky other people who stopped him and kept him away from me. But got soo scared!
This is the hole story:
I booked a shuttle from Gili air to Sanur with them. They promised me in Gili air I would arrive at 4pm. Once I was in Lombok the agency said to me that I had a different ticket and would be arriving at 8pm in padangbai and then I would still need to take a bus. But.. I could only for 400k extra have a fast boat! I started arguing cause that was the reason that I did go to Lombok to save some money (200k I paid) otherwise I would have taken the direct ferry.. so oke he tried to call his college on gili air. But of course nobody answers him. Some people helped me and said that it was best to go back to gili air. Oke that would I do. But he didn't want to get me on a boat to gili air. I paid my ticket so not my fault that there was a mistake. He didn't want to talk so I said oke: let's go to the police and let's explain this. He agreed so we went (just around the corner). I started to explain the situation but suddenly he snapped.. he graped my ticket, gave (not really..) my 200k and then he started to yell at me. I just said; this is not my fault. Then he tried to hit me, really aggressive! Lucky there were 5 police officers to stop him. But every time they let him al little go, he tried again. I'm just a 25year old girl with a big backpack and small in front of me. Don't know what he got into to tried to hit a girl! Some other people got me away but I was soo scared! Didn't know what I did wrong. I just got scammed.. and got almost hit. After 5 min he came after me with his motor bike and yelling that he would find me and stuff like that. Lucky for me other tourist saw this and pushed him away so he went back to the office. For me there were 10 more minutes of really scared feeling and then got the boat back to gili air. I got back to the office there and they repeat again that my ticket was correct and the man was wrong.. so never go to his office or book a tour with this company with another agency!! Really scammers and very aggressive! I got lucky but..

Under no circumstances should you book with this travel company unless you want your money stolen. We paid 80k per person for boat transport to Lombok from Gili Meno + a vehicle back to our hotel. We were able to take the boat transport from Meno to Lombok, but no one picked us up at the harbor as promised. We waited for two hours, but nothing. There was no misunderstanding. I checked with every departing vehicle to see if it was our ride. The company representative who was supposedly arranging for our transport took our tickets, vanished, and never returned. We had to pay 250k for a local car to get back to the hotel because our boat dropped us off at the "alternative harbor," meaning there were no taxis and 250 was the lowest I could haggle. Never ever ever book through this company. I've traveled extensively through Southeast Asia and Sub-Saharan Africa for the past seven years and never had an experience as blatantly dishonest as this. Hey, Dikky Travel. You all are thieves and you owe me 250k.
