Always love the food in this restaurant. It has many kind of fresh food and also for drink, many choice. It's a recommended place for eat.

This is the only restaurant left in the row. :) of course they are other restaurant in different row.
The atmosphere was cosy, the decorations remind me of an old Indonesian house.
But as usual, we go to restaurant for the foods. :) so here it goes...
We ordered Nasi Uduk Bakar, Nasi merah bakar black pepper, sate maranggi & es kelapa cingcau hitam.
Nasi Uduk Bakar looks yummy and taste ok. My Nasi merah Bakar also looks great. Except when I eat it, it's not using slice beef as they mention, instead, they are using abon... they need to work things out.
Sate Maranggi, usually is using lamb meat, this they are using beef. The good things, the meat was tender enough and my daughter love it. The not so 👌🏻 things, the price was a bit higher for the satay because the meat were small (tiny) cut. 😭
Coming to the drink, we asked for Es Kelapa Cingcau Hitam and separated liquid sugar. The coconut water tasted more like plain water, there was no slight taste of coconut water. 🙀
Overall, because the atmosphere is good, and some foods are ok, we have 3 stars. But if you want really nice meal, you may want to try other restaurants.

The food is actually not that good, but in Bintaro Plaza there is no restaurant that provides similar food. I had a very bad experience with the empal (fried beef) where it was so hard to bite. I told the waiters and also the Supervisor. Unfortunately they took my complain lightly and convinced me that the empal is usually hard and asked me to accept and understand it with no empathy whatsoever with what I experienced: I could not eat the empal! How come this Tekko outlet has no service attitude at all and never apologize what the bad experience the customer face it. Lousy service for this outlet!
Not satisfied with the outlet service, I contacted the WA number (Headquarters) and handled nicely by the guy named as Sidik. He responded my complain promptly and I salute hime for doing so. Unfortunately he did not tell me what sort of corrective actions the HQ has taken in relation to my complaint.
Actually O wanted to give ONE STAR but ...Sidik has responded me promptly and courteously .....so I give the TWO STAR rating for this outlet, hope that there will be drastic measure taken for this lousy outlet. Why lousy? The waiters are not well trained in customer service - at all!
