They could give warranty their ceramic products for certain period against cracked, scratched, seep or leaked under normal using conditions, so their products used by many restaurants and hotels due its durability.
If you have more time to visit here, you could learn all their products and their design, it is very nice and beautiful since their pattern was developed in Korea.
