5 stars value with 3 stars prices. Considering the high quality of the food the prices are very reasonable. Good variety, definitely recommended.

The food is not too cheap but delicious.
Great decoration and warm atmosphere!
We tried pizza, pasta and stew rice. For us, we like pasta the most!

Great authentic Italian pizza & pasta (do not expect American thick and meaty ones). Cozy & cool ambience. The owner stays around to make sure every thing is served just like the standard in Italy without being too pricey. In fact, it is cheaper than the average Italian place in Jakarta but with much better other things!

we went to sale restaurant twice for dinner, and both times it was crowded with happy customers and the waiters/waitresses were friendly even when there were a lot of works to do. we love the ambience, the decoration, and the free bread for entree. we had pizzas and pastas both of the time. would love to try different menu next time we visit.

A very nice restaurant. Wonderful food and great atmosphere. The starters are excellent, I recommend the various dishes.. and my favorite is the cold cuts.
Finished the night with a dessert that was more than enough for two. A sample of 6 wonderful variations...

Authentic italian restaurant. This is a hidden gem, the price is expensive but worth it. (I changed the rating. as today when i ordered 4 take away order, while waiting a long time for the food and ask for the complimentary bread as courtesy of waiting, they declined. I think the manager here is not a logical person as I pay the same price for the food as walk ins. The walk ins got a free complimentary bread. It is a discrimination!! I probably will never eat here again and not recommend to others.)

Nice and cozy place to hang out with your family and friends. Food is alright; it serves mostly italian food with also small variations of other western food. Price is ok. Its location is at a remote area, which makes it a bit hard to find it. Just google map it.

Food taste is authentic and delicious. Price is reasonable.

Sale has the best food in Jakarta. It is absolutely a must go to. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, service is impeccable especially Andrea but the food is exceptional. Love the salt crusted whole fish, pizzas and porcini pasta. The food is five star but the price is ultra reasonable. Worth travelling for.

A great authentic Italian restaurant, reminds me of Pepenero. Pork menus are available (non halal). They provide free mineral water all the time (free flow), so you don't have to worry running out of drinks.
They also provide wines (haven't tried it). The foods are great. I recommend you to try it, because it's pretty crowded on weekends (the only times when I go there).

Surprising italian restaurant hidden in BSD - Serpong. First of all, I think this resto has a very fine taste. When we first coming to the restaurant, the ambience was great, we were welcome with free flow water (simple but great) and free bread and breadstick that was already made me wondering what I should order next. Aside from their main menu, they have special menu that would surpised you. Try to ask what food they have, I tried their "Iberico Pork Pluma" a black pork from Spain, it was very rare, because their had to import it and you have to ask the server if they are available. It taste amazing, it has texture like beef but also very tender and salty. I really love it and the service was great, very friendly. You can find the location on google map "Sale Restaurant BSD"

Great food, with affordable price. Order the panceta and the meat melt in your mouth. Love it, totally would recommend this place.

Tries to be upscale italian restaurant but food other than pizza is disappointing. Had lamb chops which came with simple fried potatoes and carrots w/o any spices or sauce. Same with fish... the fish was grilled good, but came with same tasteless potatoes and carrots as lamb. No sauce or herbs, pesto etc.
