Pelayanan SANGAT2 mengecewakan. Hari pertama di opname harus nunggu 3jam,dengan alasan belum ada konfirmasi dari asuransi,yg mana setelah di kroscek ke asuransi sudah di acc sejak 2jam yg lalu. Bel di kamar rawat inap mati,sulit memanggil suster. Suster tidak cepat tanggap,tidak memperhatikan pasien. Sangat2 mengecewakan sekali

This hospital has several great doctors , but the admission took so long, there is no queue yet we have to wait until more than 1 hour just to get a room for the patient. Even when we arrive at the room, the nurse come like 45 mins later just to do the premedical check. The staffs are so slow at taking care of few things.

Administrative staff were not very attentive, and couldn't quite explain why the doctor was late. The schedule was way too flexible. Poor patients waited from early morning until dusk, even night.
I don't really understand the mechanism but took a very long wait for an unsubsidized/private treatment, i guess i won't be back.
Oh, i have just read the other comments.. and pretty much sums up these, and proven:
1. Great doctors
2. Unprofessional administrative staffs
3. Nurses aren't helpful enough.
4. Messy, messy, messy schedules.
5. Clean
6. Comfortable
7. Good food

I haven't tried the service and hope to stay healthy, but this hospital looked clean and neat when I visited my family having his appendectomy. The nurse I met at in patient room was nice, informative and helpful. Now it's constructing its new building, people said for BPJS patients. Btw, AC at waiting room of surgery theater floor (3rd floor) is too cold, so prepare yourself and bring a sweater.

I came here to get a diphteria vaccine. I called the nurse station (internist) two times and told them my full name to make an appointment. When I arrived, my name was not even on the list. There was only one patient in the waiting room but I had to wait one and a half hour because the administration process was taking so long. Even the doctor came to the nurse station and asked why it took so long just to get a document prepared for the new patient. There were three patients that came after me and got into the doctor's room ahead of me because they were "MCU patient" (Medical Check Up Patient). So unfair. No wonder you see only few people in such a big hospital. Definitely not worth a visit. If you get a good doctor here, just find them at any other hospital, not this one!

Very difficult way to reach here.. Very small road to reach such a big hospital.. Very heavy traffic today!! Came here several times, visiting some of my loyal insurance clients. I thought t'was a new hospital, but turned out already 4 years going. Huge complex. At the lobby there are a Deli cafe & the Imperial bakery shop. Got ATM center. Staff hospitality is good. Overall is A-OK so I gave 4 * (regardless the nightmarish ways to reach here). I had a very good & excellent experience when handling with Medical Record department (clients' insurance issue) - the staffs definitely helped a lot by giving fast service via email.

I have sent an email about making an appointment. They reply it by saying they would call me shortly. But, they never have. I called it many times but the operator was too busy to answer it. Had no idea what they have done.. Really different from another top hospital near pondok indah, they answered the phone very quick and very helpful..

What i like from this hospital is cleanliness,the doctor skill n behaviour...other than that especially the cashier and administration is so slow...from number 4 to 5 queue took 20 mins..although no patient there...suggestion need to add more human resources or change to reliable one...

I think the worst part about Mayapada hospital is the nurse handling the reservation for doctors or probably its because of the schedule of the doctors itself. This happens many times to us and with two different poly clinic. We're trying to get the schedule for the doctor (THT and dentist) and both was handled poorly. Either it's because they don't know the doctors schedules or they simply don't know what to do. Worst experience we had was we arrived at the clinic just to hear that the doctor isn't come and they cannot contacted her.
Hope there will be better SOP and training for reservation.

It's a huge new and modern hospital compared to the other hospitals in Jakarta. Place looks very clean and organized, with a nicely done landscaping.
As it is still quite new, it is not crowded and the roster of medical providers are quite limited.
Take note that access to the hospital is thru roads that are quite small.
Wish that all hospitals will be modernized and clean like this.
