Best pet clinic I've ever been. They have labs, operating theatre and also inpatient. I'm not fully sure abour radiology though.
The price quite reasonable, and monthly or yearly vaccine price is competitive with other pet clinics

I came here to treat my little 8 week old kitten with diarrhea. The place is quite easy to reach by car, has wide parking staff, friendly staff and very helpful vet. After being treated, my kitten is healthy and chubby now.

Doctors are very helpful. Genuinely care about dogs. They listened. Price is reasonable. Has many doctors and staff. Waiting time is not unreasonable. You can come directly without making appointment.

1st time visited this clinic.
good value for vet service although not cheap & she also keen to answered all your questions although sound very rashly to end the consultation.
they need to improve their receptionist service as she works slow & couldnt answer one of my question about your service. Too many staff in the front desk but nothing they do.
They also have slow response to whatsapp chat as one way to communicate with them about the schedule etc.
Why they dont have fixed doctor's schedule???
Every month the schedule change. That is bad for our convenience & no certainty for us.
Please repair the aircon & put some curtain in waiting room. Its too hot! Felt like in sauna.

Took my dog there, she had tumor, she passed there. Great doctors, great place, but since it's crowded, service was just okay.

Equipment is complete, and the staff is so friendly, doctor more friendly and helpful, it's great place to take your pets to check

Good and friendly staffs and vets. The wait could be long and the seating in the waiting area isn't sufficient. There are not enough chairs, and since they're on the porch be prepared for mosquitoes.

I always bring my dogs here when they are sick. They even operated on one of my huskies and delivered my other husky's puppies. They provide pet shelters with air conditioning, so you can bring your pets here when you go on a long holiday. However, they do need to improve their speed in handling patients and customers.

it was okkay but I'm really disappointed at the vet's assistant. my hedgehog bite him and he pushed my hedgehog and my hedgehog fell to the ground 😤. I get that if was a reflex respomse but, it's his faukt for bothering her. Now my hedgehog is traumatized.

Very disappointed ! Made the appointment today at 11 am. And they rescheduled to 12 pm. I called them for the confirmation at 12 pm as nobody came yet. And they mentioned if the doctor was preparing to go to my house. The funny thing is I could hear what they said through the phone and they seem confused and blur ! And they called me at 12.34 pm and said the doctor is on the way. Very unprofessional ! Holding the image of Drh. Cucu Kartini ... it does not mean this clinic is good as well.

good clinics for your pets. They quite crowded on Saturday and Sunday. You can check your pets in here if going on holiday. The staffs are friendly

Saya datang ke klinik ini tadi siang untuk pertama kalinya. Menurut saya, secara keseluruhan klinik ini ada diatas rata-rata klinik-klinik hewan lainnya. Tempatnya nyaman, luas, dan cukup mudah aksesnya. Saya rasa baik profesionalisme dan juga kualitas fasilitas diklinik ini sangat mumpuni, saya bahkan tadi sempat bertemu pemilik hewan asal Korea yang ternyata cukup sering ke klinik ini. Selain beliau, saya juga bertemu lebih dari 7 pemilik hewan yang sudah jadi pelanggan tetap untuk waktu yang cukup lama. Perawatan relatif cepat, staff dan dokter ramah, dan saya rasa tarifnya cukup baik dan fair jika anda membandingkannya dengan fasilitas dan keadaan lingkungan klinik. VERY RECOMMENDED!
