The taste of the food is just average and it's a bit pricey

Seafood restaurant. I think the price is expensive. For the place, normal. You can bring your whole family and its still fit

We were there on a Thursday evening, it was really quiet. Service was excellent. Staffs were friendly, especially the front desk. This place is a restaurant specialised in Makassar cuisine, so most of them are spicy. Food ordered were Crab in Oyster Sauce, Batik Clams in Oyster Sauce, Prawns and Stinky Beans with Sambal and Stir Fry Beansprouts. The Prawns and Stinky Beans was really good and spicy with a hint of turmeric. The other three were a bit too salty for our taste. The restaurant is clean, the ambience was really nice, they have outdoor tables too (but it was raining when we were there). Not sure what happened, but the indoor was a bit warm, the AC was not turned on near our table. Also, prices are a bit on a higher end

The food is very nice in taste, freshness and quality.
We ordered:
- Kepiting Saos Padang (Promo)
- Ikan Kudu-kudu Goreng Tepung (Rp 138K)
- Udang Bakar Madu (Rp 95K)
- Cumi Goreng Tepung (Rp 75K)
- Udang Goreng Telur Asin (85K)
- Kerang Bamboo Tauco (45K)
- 5 Spice Sambal
Total Rp 700K (incl tax + service)
The highlight is Kepiting Saos Padang (Padang Chili-sauce Crab) & Udang Bakar Madu (Honey-glazed Grilled Prawn).
Although the crab sauce is slightly too sweet for my preference, but the taste is still excelent. The Udang Bakar Madu is very nice as well and should be eaten while it is still hot.
The rest of the dishes are very nice & fresh as well, but you need to dip them in one of the 5-spices sambals to get the best taste from them.
The ambience (atmosphere) of the place is also very nice, especially during the night. It is a family restaurant, but will be acceptable as well for bringing non-business guest as the ambience is quite warm and the waiters are polite and attentive.
For the price, I must say they are quite reasonable, considering the food quality and ambience.
Obviously we can't compare them with the seafood at PIK / Pluit prices where people only come for the food & not for the place (ambience)
However, I must agree with the other reviewer that the Udang Bakar Madu (95K) is slightly pricey for just 5 pieces.
