1. The staff was great.. I moved to another room easily. They quickly called a staff to assist me moving my things
2. The food was great for a 3 star hotel
3. Near with Sentul Selatan Highway Access to go back to Jakarta
Need to improve
1. The problem in every room is Ant. Theyre everywhere especially when there were food.
2. The floor especially at the corner is dusty.. Also the balcony floor is very dusty...
3. What I will never forget was the very bad traffic jam due to ongoing construction of flyovers.. need 2 hours to reach this hotel from the Bogor city.

Very unprofessional staff and felt very unwelcomed as a guest. Disrespectful staff at the lobby. Seeing staff sitting on the guest couch on the lobby. Dirty pool and not well maintained facilities. One of the worst hotel experience I've had.

Really nice hotel. Room service should have been improved though. Other things are fantastic.

Cheaper room rates. Facilities are not up to mark. Located other part of the city than closer to botanical garden.

A strategic hotel and apartment in Cimanggu area. Really close to the highway access and Bukit Cimanggu City regency. A perfect place to stay or having a short vacation.

The hotel is decent, nothing really special in here. The location is far from central Bogor, which can take some time. The nearest factory outlet is about 1.8 mile. The food is good, tasty and the room is pretty small although it has TV, Sofa, cabinet, desk, and 2 twin beds. For that price? I say it's worth paying for.

I just attended a training in this hotel ballroom. It is a new hotel. Good meeting room but the carpet is not that clean as expected. The room is small but clean.

A nice superior room... with free wifi, lots tv channels... comfort and cozy place to stay... Hot water available for 24 hours.. So.., Even you did not stay much in the room, you will feel glad to find the hot water available there anytime you need to bath.
There's a traffic jam in the way to the hotel due to construction of a flyover there.. so you need to re schedule your plan earlier anywhere you go..
