My friends and I had a terrible experience in this place. We were there on Tuesday, 1 May 2018 at around 4.15 ish pm. We wanted to visit the art space but unfortunately it was closed. We then asked whether the store was open or not. The security staff said that there were too many customers and the shopkeepers were too busy handling customers. I was wondering why we received such rejection from a security guard. There was no notification the the store was only available for certain customers. It is common that some stores only served certain customers on certain days. Was it because we walked to the store instead of using the car that we parked near Ak.Sa.Ra? I then decided to ring the store and talked to one of the shopkeeper. She mentioned that we definitely were welcomed to their store and she came to the entrance door to welcome us.
The collection of the store is definitely wonderful. Love to see those sarong options. Unfortunately they didn’t sell the scraf with the size I was looking for. Apparently only three korean ladies were shopping in the store. Definitely the shopkeepers were not too busy to welcome some other customers.
Going out from the store, we saw a greenish wall in the parking area. Since there is no notification of picture taking, my friends took some shots and suddenly the security guard came and said that we needed to ask permission to take a pic in their parking space.
We had no issues with the shopkeepers and the collection was definitely wonderful. However, the rude treatment from the security guard was not acceptable at all. BIASA had a terrible service in welcoming guests:( :( :(
