" Decent budget hotel. It's one of the best choice for hotel around Citra Raya. My only complaint is you only allowed to have one key per room. I stayed with my family and it's really inconvenient because you need to ask staff for help to use elevator. "

" We stayed here for 5 nights, we booked this hotel for some foreigner visitors to stay. They picked this hotel since it's nearby to the activity's location and its price. The room is quite comfortable for budget hotel, TV channels are okay too (for local and foreigners), the staffs are friendly and the lift is secured only for the guests who have access card. Room for improvements are : Food - Breakfast needed to be improve to be variety. It was quite boring to have the same menus for 5 mornings in a row. I also found the spoon and glasses covered with dirt. Security / Staff accountability - one of our foreigner visitors' perfume missing on the second night. We tried to ask the receptionist, but they couldn't track down which shift that cleaned the room on that very day. "

" Price-wise this hotel is relatively cheap; so you're getting what you pay for which in this case is a mediocre room with mediocre facility and mediocre breakfast. On the plus side, the internet connection is quite fast (based on streaming youtube in 1080p without the need to buffer)
26 May 2016For it's price level, this hotel is actually quite nice for its size, comfort, and friendly staff but why I'm giving this hotel only two stars is that (1) the hot water is brown, (2) they didn't change my bed sheet (I noticed the same stain) and (3) I don't know why there are sewing pins pinned on the headrest of the mattress.
Tip: make sure you run the hot water for a good 10 minutes before you decide to hop in the shower to avoid any brown water. "
