Please train your sales team to say no instead agreeing to all requests (albeit vaguely and hesitantly) just to close a deal. Had way better transaction experiences from other Toyota dealers before.

There's no smoking area, we need to find our smoking area by ourself. Eventhough their snacks are good enough but its such an uncomfortable places for smoker like me.

New building. Very large waiting room. Free coffee and snacks. Clean toilet room. Seating not too comfortable. Hate the couch and chair.

comfort place when you service your car... because there are caffee, waiting room wichis enjoy for seating, working while you waiting your car, and very nice interior for the show room
