The hospital is crowded, even more queue of people at noon because the registration for BPJS (Health insurance provided by goverment) is closed at 1 pm. Information service is really helpful to give information for the first time customer who dont have patient card yet

Poor hospitality:
The nurses can be very ill-mannered
Bad phone call SOP:
When it comes to phone calls, they all have very poor manner in terms of responding to patients, only 1 out of 5 staffs can respond politely. It takes very long time to get the staffs to pick up phone calls, and the operator does not even know where to direct the patients so they can get the answers they want.
In other words, very inefficient.
Good customer service:
The customer services takes criticism in a very good manner
Average Cashier:
The billing process may take a while and there is a very long queue sometimes, but the staffs are very nice
Very good laboratory:
The staffs/doctors at laboratory works and responds fast, also very polite
In general:
The staffs especially nyrses, ICU staffs, and BPJS, they need more improvement based on soft skills and manners
Thank you Murni Teguh Memorial Hospital if you can take this constructive criticism, for this is a very concerning issue that the hospital may face even worse in the future

Super clean, I was seen to very quickly to get my rabies vaccination. The staff spoke good English and explained everything to me. The doctor was extremely professional and gave me a quick pain free procedure. I was overall happy with my experience here

Provide a better service than other hospital in Medan. I am a regular patient here. The BPJS online queue system is really helpful for a fultime worker like me. I don't have to wait the whole day only for registration.

The service is disappointing. The staff's lack of manner (even nurses), insufficient parking lot, insufficient elevator for inpatient, unadjustable room air con, long wait for registration and payment, etc. Might get an extra 1 star is because they accept BPJS.

the hospital is very crowded, but amenities lacking. for example, such as elevators and parking lots. I am sure you will not get a parking spot. The elevator often long queues. lobby can not accommodate all the guests.

Reservation through website meant nothing as I reserved prior but was neglected and had to queue allover again. Service is atrocious, the staff are extremely unhelpful and their faces frown throughout the procedure, the doctor was late and kept the patients waiting.

Clear procedure in getting the treatment from the docs. Even as a private hospital, it facilitates the patients with BPJS Kesehatan. Clean environment as well.
