Everything is nice except the hot water in my room wasnt functioning 100%, sometimes it turned really hot all of a sudden

These hotel didnt had an honour ro deserve a. 4 star hotel..rooms was so small ....but any ways it comfortable. May be of because ..its brandly new

The front office is very efficient and courteous.
Rooms are very clean and ample supply of toiletries.

The hotels location quite strategic, modern design and built in the high contours makes it look magnificent. Although the lobby is quite small but it’s comfortable while waiting for the check-in queue. Friendly receptionist, clean rooms, restaurant not too big but neatly. There is a smoking room beside the restaurant as well as access to the swimming pool.

The hotel is located on Jalan Dr. Mansyur No. 169, Tanjung Rejo, Medan Sunggal, Medan city, North Sumatera, Indonesia.
The hotel's location is very strategic, just 3.78 km from Polonia Airport and approximately 10 Km to Kualanamu International Airport in Lubuk Pakam and about 4.87 km to Medan station.
In addition to its strategic location, Hotel Grandhika Setiabudi Medan is also near 1.57 Km to Shri Mariamman Temple and is about 1.6 km to University of North Sumatra.
Hotel Grandhika is under the management of state-owned PT Adhi Karya Tbk. The investment for this hotel is around IDR 80 billion with an estimated term of return of capital reaches seven years.
This 4-star hotel includes nine floors and 123 rooms. Ballroom there is 1, but can be divided 3. In addition, there is a fitness room, swimming pool, restaurant, meeting room and karaoke.
Hotel Grandhika Setiabudi Medan offers excellent service and facilities that will make your stay unforgettable, such as free Wi-Fi in all rooms, TV, air conditioning, cleaning service, friendly receptionist, Wi-fi in public areas and some other facilities .
For a 4 star hotel, the service here is pretty good and the place is strategic. Only the parking area is less extensive and probably because it is still relatively new hotel facilities contained in the book does not exist yet.
For all of the above description, I suggest this place deserves to be a place of accommodation when you visit North Sumatra. And I gave a 4 star rating for this relatively new hotel in Medan city.

new hotel. secure and well organised for the accomodation. kindly staff. very easy to get a halal food sorrounding area. value for money. not far from Universitas Sumatera Utara (USU) Medan only about 5 to 10 minutes.

Nice, clean and pretty cheap hotel in Medan. There is a good and very cheap laundry place across the hotel. Many foods nearby. If you like nasi goreng, you can try the one near Indomaret, it's about 5 mins walking from hotel.

This hotel was great on their comfort, but on facility aspect was disapointed of their wifi. Their wifi was very slow down speed access. And this point must be focus to improved their facility. Thanks

Very nice hotel, probably because its been just launched. The room and hotel service are just perfect. They offer baby box at the room for free. The restaurant is also good
