(+) very clean bed cover and bed sheet, clean and fragrant towels, large room, various TV channels, quiet AC, 2 large mirrors, nice foods. Hair dryer, mini fridge, and safe are available for free. I also like the large squared sink, it somehow doesn't make water splashing everywhere. The bathroom is also large and clean, although it doesn't have door for the shower. I like the idea of black themed stuff in the hotel, such as black mugs, black doors, black curtains, black desk, black plates but still look good. The staffs were nice and smiles alot, except the housekeeper.
(-) lobby isn't nice enough to escape from town's heat. When we checked in, there was only one receptionist while there were 4 people waiting to be served. I was in the room that has city T Junction view and it was a bit noisy in the night. The parking car is so limited and some car making us hard to walk through. The food doesn't really vary, not much to try, very standard dishes, and mostly too salty. Not appetising.

Nice & Perfect Hotel to Stay on Pontianak. Small but comfy, Close with heart of pontianak city.

I have a good experience while staying there. However the electricity is off for 3 times on the afternoon. It's quite disturbing for me since i have been working all day while i stayed there.

The place was okay, as expected..
The room was good, the services was good..
The staffs were nice and really helpful
What makes me deduct my score 2 stars is because that there are NO Uber/Grab/Go Car drivers willing to pick up/drop off on their Lobby.. i must walk to a convenient store next door to wait for my transport..
According to ALL of the drivers, there’s a hotel policy where they aren’t allowed to pick up app-based transport customers on their lobby.. the disputes between app-based drivers and the hotel once escalated to a conflict..
A professional hotel should allow their customers to choose ANY method of transport they see fit.. not like this..
If you’re planning to use app-based transport to go around, try to call the hotel first and make sure that it is okay to use an app for your transport

Did not feel like a budget hotel, awesome staff, great breakfast on the rooftop restaurant/bar, great location! Stay here if you visit pontianak.

DON'T see the price, but see the SERVICE.
This is cheap hotel in town, but the hospitality service are suck. Hotel Neo here is only one star hotel.
When check in This hotel, it look dirty. There still have few hair from last customer.
This hotel also no have parking lot.
You should be see detail of room, who knows ypu fine more than me.
So i recomment you to find other hotel

Booking di kamar lt. 10 non smoking room, ternyata pas check in hanya ada kamar di lt. 9, katanya tamu perpanjang masa tinggal. Aneh juga tamu diperbolehkan memperpanjang masa tinggal di kamar yg sudah dibooking.
Kamar pengganti ternyata bau rokok, dan lantai lengket2 seperti dibersihkan terburu2.. Sudah minta dibersihkan ulang tapi tidak ada perubahan.
Untung saja pelayanan karyawan hotel ramah, jadi bisa mengobati kekecewaan.

Good budget middle hotel at pontianak city. The room is many choice and many type. Clean and comfort but small space. The breakfast menu is not good no many choice
