I'm literally so aggravated with this customer service. I accidentally left my wallet on a train & called the KAI as soon as their phones opened to see if it was turned in. The woman I talked to there was very helpful & friendly, but she directed me to the Rengas Station lost & found as they are the only place it would be kept had it been turned in. She gave me the phone number and told me they are open 7-7 Monday-Friday which I confirmed on their website. Between the hours of 7 & 12 I called the South Station lost & found SIX TIMES and nobody answered. I left two voicemails since that was my only option & have yet to get a call back, or even an acknowledgement that my message was received. I'm sorry but if you're going to advertise a call accessible lost & found, you better have someone there to answer the calls. I of course cancelled all of my credit cards and sent in for copies of all of my personal cards, but I have to one to talk to to find out whether or not my license is still floating around on a train somewhere. Disappointed.
