I have hell waiting in the queue for teller service here even if I have a seat. My experience, waiting for 12th in queue from qurrentlyn 2nd (10 people infront of me) will require 1 hour and 20 minutes. 4 counters and still needed so much time. And another 20 minutes to be served. Hardly to tell if it was the standard procedure or the branch officers slow movement. So detail but it takes entire morning just to make one visit here. Comparation, BCA require less than one hour to serve 20 people in line.

Gedung kurang jangkung dan kurang megah. sayang sekali padahal ada disebuah IBUKOTA PROVINSI.
