Bland Chicken for unknown reasons, this place is also very dirty.
It seems that hygiene is not a primary objective for this place, as when i visited it, rubbish were everywhere under the table, table was sticky too
I wished my first time in Wendy's will be a well money spent. Well, it does not

The food is ok, but the service is horrible, the staff is lacking and untrained.
Visited this place again yesterday to give it another chance, oh my, 1 cashier with people lining up.
And what did the supervisor did? Hide in the corner, probably playing mobile phone game.
Supervisor should actually help the team.
Not to mention the "sold out" strategy when in reality, they never stock or prep for it.
Don't even think coming to this place for breakfast, everything is not ready.
Such a shame and unjust to the Wendy's chain

Calling this place a "Wendy's" is a cruel joke. Having the tagline "Quality Burgers" is so far beyond a cruel joke I can't even begin to form rational thought regarding it.
To keep it as simple as possible, there are no burgers here. What is a Wendy's without burgers, you might ask? Its nothing. Its a waste of space. Most of the menu is a waste of space, because its always "sold out". That's a common refrain here. Instead of burgers, the sign outside the restaurant should say "Sold Out Since 1969". No burgers. No chicken sandwich. No potato pie. No anything worth a damn.
I was, once, gifted enough to be here on the rare, rare occasion that they stocked beef and/or buns and I gotta say, the burger was dry. It was passable. I enjoyed it as much as I could, but it was nothing particularly special. Compared to an American McDonald's I'd say it was similar in quality. Compared to an American Wendy's it might as well have been a hunk of coal.
"But what about the Indonesian tastes?" you might be asking. "Surely this is just a cultural miscommunication". I've been living here long enough that I think I have some grasp on the difference between American and Indonesian tastes. For example, KFC is far and away the biggest fast food restaurant. A&W still exists and its menu is primarily fried chicken. McDonald's is primarily fried chicken. Texas Chicken (same company as Church's Chicken in the USA) is a popular fried chicken restaurant. You get the picture.
Wendy's, appropriately then, serves mostly fried chicken. But here's the kicker. Here's the real salt in the wound of expecting a Wendy's experience. The chicken here ISN'T EVEN THAT GOOD. The fried chicken is plain, short on flavor. KFC tends to be juicy and with excellent flavor. A&W too is juicy, and their spicy chicken is exceptional. Wendy's? Wendy's chicken is bland.
Don't eat here. Its a complete and total waste of time and money. This restaurant should not exist. There is an A&W across the lobby that has chicken with actual flavor. The also actually stock the burgers that are listed on their menu. They aren't anything special, but they're at least on par with Wendy's and at least they actually exist.
Don't eat here.
Edit: Against my own advice (my wife insisted) I ate here again. They did have burgers, but no cheese slices. Potato pies still sold out. They have a promotional burger that has a cheese sauce on it so I thought I'd give it a go, maybe the sauce would help counteract the dryness of the patty. It didn't. The bun was mediocre at best, and much too large. The burger patty itself was dry and short on the delicious flavor a real burger needs. The crispy beef (no bacon, everything is halal, of course) was alright, and the cheese sauce was passable but nothing special. Overall the burger was a 2/5 at best. Doesn't change the overall bad experiences I've had. I've given this place more than it's fair shot to please me and it continues to fail to do so.
