Excellent customer service.... excellent location.. very near to shopping mall... however the room is a bit old

This is an accor group hotel with the International standart of accor hotel. They has a good service and profesional staff. Their hotel are very clean and well maintenance. This hotel also located at the most prime street in Pontianak and near to the Ayani Megamall. I often visit this hotel for a meeting occution or for bussiness gathering. But I never stayed here, so I don't have an experiances about their room to share with you here

Good location because it is strategically located on main road in Pontianak and very close to the well known shopping mall Ayani Megamall. The town's culinary centre which is spread along the Gajah Mada and Diponegoro street could be reached within 5mins drive on normal traffic.
Front desk and security staffs were polite and helpful. Room service and laundry were also noted satisfactory. Nevertheless, the room cleaning service was disaappointed due to (1) room and toilet were not really clean, (2) shower gel and hand towel were not automatically refilled until we asked them to refill it.
For the room, I would say that the bedding was not met my expectation because it was felt too hard and uncomfortable. Room temperature was very cold despite the fact that we have adjusted it to the highest degree but made no result. Furthermore, there is no attention to detail from the hotel management such as the window glass on exterior side was full with mildew.
Breakfast was offered with many choices of local cuisine starting from porridge, fried rice, and bread to fruits, jamu, dimsum, etc. Nonetheless, since you have visited Pontianak, it would be not compelete without trying the authentic local foods in the city centre.
Parking space is very adequate because during our five days of stay here, park and ride of our car was made effortlessly.
Power outage is very common in this city. During our five days stay here we have experienced over five times of black out for several seconds as the power switching from PLN to genset including the once when I used the elevator. Please be prepared to face such uncomfortable situation.
In brief, although there are still some areas need to be improved, I would still recommend this hotel to all of you because I found that it is still the best hotel in town.

It's hommy room, the atmosphere is comfort, but the food not so delicious for the standard star hotel... maybe they consider to find another better chef... It's just my humble opinion

Busy hotel. Good for business trip. Breakfast menu are variant everyday. But a housekeeping are a bit lazy

I stayed here for just over 2 weeks and it was wonderful. The staff was attentive and friendly and always ready to help in any way. The rooms were well cleaned and cleanings were frequent during my stay. The food was impeccable in every way. Special thanks to Albert and Mrs. Putris who were tremendously helpful and always willing to go out of the way to assist. I recommend this hotel 100%!

Great hotel to stay if you have an extra money to spend. Suitable for business meeting or office event. The service is good, clean room and easy access from airport.

Fully satisfied to stay here, comfy room, hot water and aircon work verywell, the food at breakfast was tasty and variatif, but unfortunately some of kitchen/restaurant staff seems not very welcome/unpolite/unfriendly..

this hotel wont dissapointed you, very close to mall , they have clean bed and lovely bedroom with tv and clean shower. also the food is delicious. too bad soonetimes wifi didnt work well but doesnt matter coz next to the hotel there is starbucks coffee so you can have wifi connectio there. enjoy your stay

I was staying in a deluxe room and I like how spacious it was. The air conditioning is good. Though, the bed was pretty comfortable but I woke up with back pain. Bathroom was quite clean and nice!

The room quietly good and convenient. The hotel staff are friendly and nice also. But the time for them to prepare my room is so loooooong (why administration things is taking guest time too long?)

Located close to various government offices makes this place very ideal for business trip. It's about 200m away from Ayani Mega Mall, which is great for quick escape. Well maintained room and other facilities also helpful staffs will add your comfort while staying there. Garuda ticketing and customer office on the lobby will be a great place to plan your trip schedule.

This hotel is quite good, right in the middle of the city. One thing need to improve is the swimming pool. Make the water clean is a must and lighthing is good for late afternoon or early morning swimmer

Nice and ok for staying. Slightly worn out in the rooms but staff was great. I forgot my phone/wallet on the counter with cards and cash and they returned it to my room with everything in it
