Very happy to be here with my fam....nice place, second option when Mall is bored place to visit...
Other destination like a traditional boat, can bring you around Kapuas River about 20-30 minutes...

Berada di tengah kota Pontianak, bisa dijadikan salah satu alternatif wisata ketika berkunjung ke kota ini. Kita juga bisa naik perahu, mengelilingi sungai Kapuas. Bayarnya Rp. 15.000, perjalanan 30 menit.
Di perahu, kita bisa memesan makanan. Harganya, murah meriah!

If you hours to kill in Pontianak, then you might consider going there . There is a restaurant serves local dishes on the ferry and it tours the river. Also there is a cozy library inside the park.

The best place to gather and play. See Kapuas River with all it's activities. Many place to sit and try some street food.

The largest public park in the town. This park is located on river Kapuas's side so you can enjoy the view of the largest and longest river in Borneo.
You can try the boat and take a short trip around the park.
This place is best for family or gathering group.
There is a public library in the park.

Nice place, not bad.. its been through renovation several times, and the entertainment has be good than before and yes.... i like the cafe which open in there... and so you can eat at evening looking sunset with boat.. such good place to spend evening at holiday..

Alun Kapuas is a lovely place at Harbour Front. We can ride a wooden ship to cruice along Kapuas River. A lot of people selling snack from boat at river side because no allow for open kiosk at that place for cleaness reason

Best place for hangout with friend at the side of Kapuas River. The biggest river in West Borneo. The ticket entry is very cheap.

Been here at night. Nice place. There's a floating cafe, a cafe that brought us along kapuas river. It's no expensive

Good for hang out because we can see kapuas river scenery. We can ride a boat, buy some food in floating market but it's a bit expensive than normal price and it's good for jogging in the morning. I recommend to buy some food before you get there. There's a fee if you come with vehicle

This is the main attraction of this city. The place is better now, thanks for the government who set the park nicely. It has fountain, bench for relax and enjoy the riverside activities. You can enjoy the boat trip along the river across the bridge.

Cool, quiet, beautiful, fresh of trees. And suitable for taking pictures. The point is I love this park, I feel fresh when I was here, sound of trees exposed to wind.

Has gotten better and way cleaner. There is a playground for kids. There is also a mini park inside this park. Cool

It has beautiful scenery and landscape. The main facility such as toilet, seats and mushola are available well. Plus, it has Reading House for you who are reading lover. Many visitor from so many level of age are able to enjoy their company each other

Kapuas river scenery through their Rp. 15,000 boat which turning around until the bridge. Better find the spot on the top of boat to get better scenery

Small greeny in town by the river.
Lots of people jogging here.
Quite lively.
The seats are well-placed. Always under a shade.
Not suitable for cycling or skateboarding.
Nice fountain in front with mini stadium-seats for certain events.
Sandwiched between Grand Kartika and ferry terminal.
There are seats facing the river for you to relax in the morning and evening.

The scenery of the park is quite decent. The parking system also has gotten a lot better since the last time I visited.

Now, This place sdah tertata rapi . . Wajib di kunjungi.. Pontianak punye kuy.
Jom dtang.. !! apa lagi kalau hari minggu tuh.. weekend ..
ada komunitas2 hewan dll ngumpul di sana..

Wajib dikunjungi kalau ke Pontianak. Jangan lupa untuk naik kapal yang tersedia di pinggir sungai untuk menyusuri Sungai Kapuas selama +/- 30 menit. Tarif sekali naik Rp 15.000, bagusnya sekitar pukul 5-6 sore untuk dapat pemandangan sunset yang bagus.

Menggali budaya pesisir sungai kapuas kota pontianak cukup menyenangkan di mana alun-alun kapuas menjadi salah satu objek wisata lokal yaitu tempatnya yang begitu strategis tepatnya di tepi sungai kapuas pusat kota pontianak dan menjadikannya salah salah satu objek destinasi masyarakat kalimantan barat mau pun masyarakat dari luar provinsi kalimantan barat.masyarakat kota pontianak dengan keberagaman baik etnis menyatu dengan karakteristik budaya melayu.

Sekarang taman ini lebih bagus untuk bawa keluarga jalan sore weekend,, sudah tidak ada preman2 yang jualan di emperan taman. Hari minggu juga ada binatang2 jinak yang bisa diliat bahkan bisa di pegang,, pokoknya untuk jalan bersama keluarga tidak perlu jauh keluar kota,, disini juga seru,,
