If you want to have a taste of a local river fish, this place must be on your list. Udang Sungai Bakar (grilled river shrimp), Baung Bakar (grilled Baung fish) or Lais Bakar (grilled Lais fish) is a must try item here. The grilling sauce is sweet and it complement the fish meat well.
The restaurant is also clean and well ventilated.
The price is a bit tricky since there are no clear set price menu available so you must asks first if you worried about money.
I think the normal cost per couple are about Rp100 - 180 k .

This place is strongly recommended to find something to eat. They sell various tasty origin cuisines of Pangkalan Bun and those price are affordable. The restaurant is adjacent to Bank Central Asia and the location is among phone shop complex and local people’s house. On across the street, you can find Roti Raja bread store and Alibaba hotel. The position is extremely strategic.

Delicious food! The fish is fresh, the sambal are great. I ate all the food until the last of it! When you go to Pangkalan Bun, this place is a must to visit.

Best food in town, staff very helpful and nice. Good price as well - paid 85k for a couple. Portions could be a bit small if you are really hungry though. Apart from that, really tasty! Do try the prawn!
