This is ma fav place with ma sisters. The place is located at the center town and very close to department store. I like to spend time at saturday night in this restaurant. I hope they will have prayer room to make it complete

I don't think this place changed since forever, so it became a bit boring than other places that are fancier. More space is needed for seating for those who wants to order take away, seriously. Menu is a little bit less than the Pizza Hut in BSB (cmiiw), and parking is easy

The premises is like any other Pizza Hut but their employees are not really good in handling customers.

The service here is very dissapointing. I never get any kindness from the waitrees since PH is well known by the kindness of the crew. When I come and take a seat. They let us wait for quite long before one of the crew give you the menu. While giving the menu, she kept talking with another crew away from our table. We have to wait sooooò long for the food, and when we're going to pay, The casheer is the most "JUDES" pizza hut casheer I've ever met in Indonesia... not even a smile comes from her, she didnt even say "thank you" to the customers. I wonder why this place is so different in any aspects from the other PH restautants...

Nice, clean, and tidy. A bit small for group but parking area. Close to hotel and mall.

Creamy Beef Classic Fettuccine was too bland... not enough sauce and dry. The Super Supreme Pizza was good. Service was overall slow and lack of attention to the customers' needs. Service definitely needs to be improved.
