Taman Walikota Kendari resides in the heart of Kendari city. A tower erects in the middle of it n SUPPOSEDLY provides a birds eye view of Kendari. To unknown reason, it is never open to public. It's a shame becoz it could be a landmark and a crowd attractor to the city. There are also quite a handful street foods provided here. The place looks dirty. It needs a serious management from the city government to make this site a "must see" tourism object.

Nice place to hang out or workout, but it's gonna be a poor place without good maintenance

Nice for jogging. But some short tracks may uncomfortable. Fresh air in the morning because many trees and quite hot in the evening especially during summer. Tiles built on tracks was quite slippery, especially after rain. Crowds on every weekends especially sunday, if not rainy days. Various events on sunday.

Good place.. tempatnya enak buat jogging pagi-pagi di akhir pekan.. paling enak datang sebelum jam setengah 6. kalau udah lewat jam 6 apalagi jam 7 udah mulai ramai orang yang mau jalan-jalan pagi

Salah satu area terbuka hijau di Kota Kendari, yang menjadi kawasan free car day setiap hari minggu. Dengan penataan yang bagus bersih tersedia banyak tempat duduk untuk bersantai sama kerabat. Selain itu tersedia jalur untuk lari sehingga sering digunakan untuk berolahraga
