The queue was terrific, i order food and it come in almost one hour. Because the food price so cheap many people come to dinner.

If you want eat steak (altough not pure meat only steak) you can come to WSS and order siroloin doube for extra portion with pricr under 30k. Estimated budget under 50k per pax

The service was bad, I think it is because of the crowded situation. But, who knows? I came there Sunday and it took like an hour and a quarter to get my order, including the drinks. The waiter itself was looking at the other way when he was explaining which menu is which.

Good food. Good price albeit standard cleanliness and the waitress no longer come out to get you.
The current SOP requires customer to take the menu, and deliver to waitress. This is a minus

30 mins for (not so) french fries , 40 mins for drinks, more than 60 mins for steak

Great food, average milkshake. However note that they take time to make the food ready. So don't come if you're in rush or super hungry.

Delish food for its price offer. Sometimes in sunny hot day, it does feel really hot inside because it is a semi outdoor place.

It has a good taste but it takes a long time for waiting the meal. I think Steak and Shake should change the way their prepare the meal.

Pelayanannya ramah. Waktu tunggu pesanan juga gak terlalu lama. Cuma sempat kesana mati listrik karena tidak kuat.

Lots of seating and off-road parking; limited range of menu items. Service is prompt and friendly. Since it is not fully enclosed be prepared for smoking nearby.

This place is recommended to you if you are prioritizing price. Cheap prices for all steak's options. But, for my taste, it's not recommended if you are prioritizing the taste.

Value for money! Cheap steak that affordable to anyone. I will suggest for not coming over 7pm in the weekend if you're very hungry. They serving really slow.

Very famous place and no doubt why. Steak with shakes for incredible prices makes the more mediocre food well worth it. Anytime for a standard lunch or dinner.
