My favorite hotel in Bali. Will be my 3rd stay here this coming Aug. Hotel is about 15 mins walk away from main Kuta area hence not so busy. All staffs are really friendly. The deluxe with balcony is spacious enough. Food is delicious! Love this place!

Decent place to stay in the city. Staffs were polite and very courteous. Excellent service. Nice and clean rooms with good restroom. Complimentary breakfast had different varieties of food with good taste. Overall a very good and safe place to stay at Bali.

Overall very nice. Great service. The only downside is that there is a big garbage dump from the window and bathroom is a bit old.

Decent hotel with much affordable room prices. Neat and clean. Has its own swimming pool with bar. Serves good tasty breakfast. Close to airport just 20mins away.

I stayed here with my sister for 5 nights. The staff were very friendly, polite and made us feel like royalty by tending to our every need. We were always greeted by any staff member, including the security guard, when we walked passed them out of the hotel and coming back to the hotel from our daily travels.
The food is not too bad here as well. Our room came with a buffet breakfast package. The foods in the buffet would change every morning which was great to add variety to our routine. They had a 'pancake station' where a staff member would make you fresh pancakes on the spot and bring them to your table. We had the choice of creating our own. We always had banana pancakes with strawberry and chocolate. They were amazing! It was something we always had to finish our morning breakfast.
The rooms were very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. The tv's reception was good as well.
Overall, a great stay and I would definitely stay at this hotel again if I were to go back to Bali.

I couldn't be more impressed with The Kana! Beautiful hotel with spacious rooms and a lovely infinity pool.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. We were able to arrange transportation through the concierge without any problems.
I was worried that we would be too far from the beach, but it is only a 20 minute walk, and the hotel has a free shuttle twice a day that drops you off at the popular places in Kuta. Since it is far from the hustle and bustle, it is quiet and serene. Average taxi fare from the main drag to the hotel is usually under 20,000 IDR.
The Kana is a great value for the money. I would highly recommend!

Great low key place with very hospitable staff and elegant rooms. They provide free shuttle services around Kuta and will even do small favours for you. Really value for money and it's nice and quiet. Love the Japanese style bamboo arched trees that forms a pathway to the hotel.

One of best budget hotel in Kuta Bali.
Great buffe numerous of options in buffe for the breakfast.
Neat and Clean rooms.. Lovely swimming pool.
Nice and spacious dining area. Good In house restaurant. A Small Gym for fitness freaks.
Great service...Very supportive and courteous staff..
But the only con is limited drinking water(1/2 Litre
) Per person but again this problem is associated with all the budget hotels in this area.
Overall good place for stay.

The staff is extraordinarily welcoming. They go the extra mile in making you feel welcome. The rooms were large and spacious with a nice pool side area to relax. On the downside the air conditioning in the room was not adequate with respect to the room size. They need to install higher capacity air conditioning systems. The other letdown was the swimming pool which was not really suitable for swimming as it had a depth of 3 feet throughout.
Ignoring the shortcomings I would say i really enjoyed staying here.

Lovely place in Kuta. I stayed in a Deluxe room. Room is not so big but comfortable for a couple. I really loved the food (taxes excluded in the menu price, whereas in Gino Feruci Villa, Ubud taxes are included in the menu)

Awesome breakfast and food. Nice rooms and best staff.
I will definitely stay here if I ever go to Bali again.

We stayed at the Kana Kuta for one night before our flight back home.The hotel is located away from the busy areas of Kuta and approximately 15 min drive away from the airport. The staff of the hotel is very friendly and helpful, the security guy at the front even stopped the traffic for us so that we could cross the road.
Our room was clean and modern. We did have a horrible view to a run-down building at the back of the hotel but we knew this was the case before we arrived and didn't really care. The only real issue I had with this hotel was their pillows. The pillow was so thick and firm that I could't sleep with it and had to sleep using a little decorative pillow. This was the first time a pillow has become an actual issue and I have travelled a decent amount. If you like thick and firm pillows you will be fine but if you are like me and prefer your pillows soft and thin this might become an issue. Overall, our stay was very pleasant and I could see myself returning to Kana Kuta but not before checking if they can provide me with a thinner pillow next time.

Currently staying here and the noise in unbearable. Constant banging and the staff shout into walkie-talkies all day. Very polite staff at reception but do not stay here if you are a normal human being that needs to sleep daily. The food at the buffet breakfast/lunch and dinner is absolutely disgusting.

Last month I had a life-changing experience. I got to go on my first press trip. Thats right! My first travel collab! And you would have already understood the place I visited from the title. I got to visit the beautiful BALI thanks to Bali Tourism Board and Kana Kuta. One of the highlights of my trip was definitely my amazing stay at Kana Kuta. Trust me when I say there are about 1000+ hotels in Kuta alone. But this one won my heart and this is why -
1. Amazing Hospitality
The hospitality at Kana Kuta was definitely over the top. I have never met such caring wonderful staff at any hotel before. The minute I reached the hotel they welcomed me with a welcome platter filled with drinks and biscuits. They were very patient and I loved how they gave individual attention to each guest. From the time I stepped in till the time I stepped out , they assisted me with a big smile and generous heart. I absolutely adore the manager Ms. Nina. She is an amazing person with a beautiful soul.
2. Comfy Rooms
I cant get enough of the beautiful rooms at Kana Kuta. From deluxe to duplex they have everything. All the rooms are properly air conditioned with individual wifi and tv sets. The washroom is quite spacious and I had a balcony with an amazing view. If you are looking for a budget room I would recommend deluxe as it provides luxury at a budget. All the rooms non-smoking but dont worry there is a smoking room in second floor for those who wish to smoke.
3. Beautiful Pool
My most favorite part of Kana Kuta - the huge pool. I spent most of my time sun-kissed and enjoying the amazing pool. Quite spacious and clean with good customer service. I absolutely loved the pool menu. I would personally recommend the Blue Lagoon mocktail and cheezy fries. One hour in the pool and you will feel totally rejuvenated.
4. 24 Hour Customer Service
Another important aspect of this hotel - their amazing 24 hour customer service. I remember ordering a drink at 2 am and they still sent it to my room. I was pretty impressed when they delivered even at wee hours in the night. The staff was very polite and I absolutely loved the housekeeping. The pool service was on point. Unlike most hotels there was no delay and they were there to my every beck and call.

Warm and nice staffs, clean & beautiful room bathroom neatly clean, we stayed at deluxe but it exceed our expectation, price is excellent, very well breakfast with attentive staffs to serve you. If you want to have a view, order the room with balcony. Location is also good because not far from KFC and many stores, but u get a good sleep quality from the bed and no serious noise from the bussy street.

Stayed here for two nights just to be closer to the airport & I was very pleased! The main entrance is beautiful & we were welcomed with juice & crackers. Our room was clean and nice & everything worked just fine. The staff is incredibly nice & attentitive. The food was also good as well. Overall everything was great!

As this was our first trip to Bali we did not really know what to expect. After having read amazing reviews on The Kana Kuta, I decided to book accommodation there for my partner and I, for my 21st birthday holiday, and I am so glad that I did.
Upon arrival we were greeted by the amazing staff, who brought us cold towels and cold drinks and carried our bags to our beautiful Kana Suite room. Once inside we were also brought a complimentary fruit platter.
Throughout our stay we were so impressed with the hotel itself and the friendliness and hospitality of the staff, and not to mention the delicious buffet breakfast we looked forward to every morning (best food I have ever had).
On the morning of my birthday the food and beverage staff brought me a beautiful cake and sang me happy birthday, it absolutely warmed my heart.
I would like to extend our thanks to each and every staff member at The Kana, from the security guards to the room attendants to the food and beverage staff to the reception staff, everyone was so kind and helpful and we enjoyed every second of our stay thanks to you all. Special thanks to our room attendant Adi who made us adorable rabbits out of our towels and left us notes saying to "have a nice day" and to another man who I unfortunately cannot remember the name of, one of the food and beverage managers I think, we enjoyed our chats with you everyday!
I highly highly recommend!! Cannot wait to return!

It will be very hard to find a 50$/night hotel as good as this one. Spacious room, very good food, good breakfast. Small pool but hey it's 50$/night. Staffs are friendly.

My buddy and I stayed there and it was so cheap and really nice. And I acted obnoxious to all the workers and they laughed and liked it and honestly I'm sure that if I asked for one of them to give me a piggy back ride while juggling fish they would! 😛

Nice hotel in quiet place. The room was clean and staff very helpful. You can try to stay at The Kana if you come to Bali with Family or Honeymoon.
