Hotel ist OK, first room with view against the wall, paid extra for a bungalow, but apperantly all are bungalows they said I'm arrival. Second room had a really smelly sink and a bit of dirty sheets. The attached restaurant has really small portions and wouldn't take it back even when disappointed about that, saying that the waiter would have to pay for it then. However, the location is good!

the whole of the hotel in is nice ... comfortable bedrooms, spacious and pretty garden and full breakfast with a good menu
if to bali again definitely stay in this hotel

Attended the venue for my son's wedding. The staff were generally attentive throughout the day. The ceremony was excellent. However they tried to up the ceremony/reception price marginally 2 days before the wedding and notified that a "community event" nearby may impact the reception (fortunately it didn't).
While up dancing later in the night staff removed a plastic sleeve from my table containing papers (speeches, etc) but also an envelope containing approximately 600,000 Rp which had been collected from guests to contribute towards shuttle transport costs. The wedding cake topper was also lost by the venue.
The overall day was excellent but these issues let them down.

I was denied checkin as I had arrived late and the room must have already been allotted to somebody else. Tried calling Expedia through whom the booking was done and they confirmed the booking was infact with them. Had to book a separate hotel at 11pm in the night and move to another hotel about 7 km from the property and in the meanwhile I was also threatened to remove my luggage from there or they might just dump it outside. All and all a third grade property. Check with the hotel on room confirmation before you land at the property

Well designed more western than indonesian. A favorite spot for elderly grumpy and pampered people (march).
Well manered staff, modern and excellent maintained rooms.
The menu is more western: pizza, hamburger. And you can order anywhere you like.

Good resort. Location right near the beach. Breakfast a bit messy und even unhygienic. Not many places to sit during breakfast, often full. Swimming pools are nice, but also often full as only a limited amount of seats available (and people claim these early in the morning at 07:00 for the entire day).

Needs improvement, room cleanliness, toilet and shower glass walls not fixed well, not aligned with glass doors, bad maintenance, must make sure toilet shower and room clean all the time, not to be compromised !!! break fast menu, boring needs lots of improvement, every day same !!! Look into vege options too. Minor repair works has to be done for maintenance in rooms e.g. change shower unit it's old very slippery tiles where bed located, becomes slippery when aircond is on, due to condensation. Windows to be checked , change locks on doors to card system for security. Exterior garden beautiful, needs improvement in maintaining this beautiful space. Nice rooms, might have to do some minor renovations and change of color for it to look and feel vibrant. Over all nice place for a holiday.

Fabulous place to spend the day. Staff were lovely. Food was fantastic. Environs were the absolute best.
Spend at least 300 000 and be permitted to spend the day in luxury - food, music, daybeds and beach beds. We spent 2 full days here. Fantastic atmosphere and surrounds.
On our final day, they allowed us to leave our luggage locked up (we had to check out of our villa at 12pm but our flights weren't 'til after 10pm), spend the day absorbing the last of the Bali sun and leave Bali rested and relaxed.

Amazing area, delicious food, incredibly friendly staff.
Felt like royalty the entire time here and the entire facility is clean and kept tidy. Worth every penny

The hotel is amazing; staff are particularly friendly, the room (deluxe) is well equipped and more deluxe than expected and food is truely delicious - plenty of local dishes to chose from as well as Japanese, Italian and more. There are regular themed evenings offering BBQ Seafood and live entertainment. The grounds are immaculately maintained with a choice of pools. There are 'chill out' areas to relax in away from it all and the beach is on the doorstep. There are lots of beach markets a short walk along the beach front selling a variety of clothes and souvenirs. 5-10 minutes walk and there's even more to chose from; restaurants, bars, convenience stores, spa's. Even a Starbucks and large McD's for those that are missing home (as crazy as that sounds).

Got a room upgrade because our room type was fully booked, so yay! Food is good and cocktails are good. It's got a few pools and the gardens are well decorated and maintained. Prices are higher than surrounding establishments but not extortionate. Recommended.

Beautiful hotel/resort, staff are friendly and rooms are great. Only issue was it's in Senur and is more geared towards old people and families. Not a lot to do in the general area.

Very nice and authentic Bali hotel, rooms are very modern and have a comfortable bed (toppers are available if the matrass is too hard). We have stayed here in both a bungalow and deluxe room, go for the bungalow if you like some extra space. Beautiful garden with birds and squirrels. Sufficient amount of sun beds at both swimming pool and beach (beach is also cleaned by hotel staff). Staff is very friendly and can arrange everything, you can arrange tours via the hotel or just a driver for a day.
Breakfast is really good! They also have a special cocktail party for repeater guests, which is really nice.

If you are looking for a bloody good croissant or danish, come here! Get 'em all at the Byrdhouse restaurant on breakfast menu. Damn good!! And the mint juice is refreshingly perfect! More food info on my instagram @thefoodieventure

We stayed here for our honeymoon and had a wonderful time. All the staff are so attentive and caring. The facilities are just second to none and the environment was perfect to celebrate our newly wed status. 5 stars for sure!

Hoped to have a relaxing day at the beach club birdhouse but it was a nightmare. Hundred of tourist were there for lunch (tour operator organized groups), loud music, service was disastrous and we waited almost 2 hours for average expensive food ... Not anymore. Ditch it.

Ate here and the service was awful. Staff not interested and blatantly lying. Had to wait over 40mins for dinner to be told barramundi fish takes a long time to cook! Was promised bread and then told couldn't bring as there was no butter - seriously!
Went up to reception to complain to be told manager had gone home - not surprised. Staff don't care. Won't be back and certainly won't stay here!

I give this hotel a 5* rating as it has a very good ambience, good rooms, is on the beach and has great selection of food and wine that won't break the bank...which is probably why it is booked year round

Absolutely Amazing!!! Myself and my husband stayed here for one week of our honeymoon. This hotel village has everything!! Amazing food and music played everynight , Amazing Spa, Amazing staff!! A dream trip. We miss it all!! Xx

A get what you pay for 4 star resort. Pretty nive beach, lots of pools but pricy drinks. If you book to stay here, get the upgraded bteakfast package
