Lovely welcome with cooling cloths & spiced tea. Choice of oils offered to smell before use. Staff were very pleasant & treatment was amazing. Different tea served after treatment. Shower invited at end of treatment with shampoo, conditioner & shower gel provided. We floated out the door! As always the Balinese people are charming, courteous & very respectful. I would definitely revisit & recommend. We planned to go back but just ran out of time.

Superb service... Treated with a lot of respect and attention. The traditional Balinese massage was definitely relaxing and rejuvenating.

We just spent 5 hours in heaven at Putri Bali. From pick up to drop off it was a sensational 5 star experience. Every single therapist we had was incredible, their attention to detail, techniques & happiness to provide incredible service was next to none. It also happened to be our anniversary. They surprised us with flowers & a cake. We will definately come back and sing their praises from the rooftops. Thank you for such an amazing experience. ❤

We were blown away with the service and atmosphere. Every visit we noticed all visitors are warmly greeted and pampered to the same high standards which we experienced and left us feeling cared for. The staff are friendly and very professional, ensuring you are happy and enjoying your treatment. The spa is off the main road so you're not disturbed by the traffic and when the therapist is with you they only concentrate on you - no talking to another therapist if you go in with a partner, not all spas in Bali are to this professional standard. I only wish this establishment was available back home in the UK. This is our must have for Ubud and we highly recommend this spa to everyone.

Been here thrice and got the 1hr back massage last 2 times as i had strained a muscle surfing. Not only did it massively help my poor muscles within a few days so i am well enough to surf again now it was so heavenly i never wanted it to end!!

Turned up and we were treated so well we couldn't help but indulge in some treatments. Hot stone massage was excellent, and my partner loved her deep tissue massage.
Reasonably priced compared to some others, but excellent quality, service, amenities and all importantly - massages/treatments.
