This is not a resort neither an hotel. It's more like a guest house with several bungalow rooms. I wanted to move to another hotel after 2 nights but end up staying 5 nights just because I was diving in the Legend Diving Center which is behind the hotel. The rooms are quite dark and at night you can't see much. The breakfast is bad, the only thing decent was having fresh fruit although it was everyday the same (watermelon, pineapple and papaya). The pool is dirty and they DON'T regularly clean it. On my first day I went to the pool to test my new snorkeling gear and I found feces on the bottom of the pool (probably from children or dogs). The feces stayed there untill my last day. Rooms are clean but not in the details. In other words: don't check behind the night table or under the closet. The garden is well maintained but the sunbed area isn't. It's full of dirt and attracts an army of ants because of it. I asked to have a late check-out due to being out all morning diving. They weren't full booked and they kept saying NO the check out is at 12am, Madam. When I came back from diving luckily my husband had removed all our stuff to the lobby. I passed by the room and all the cleaning staff was inside the room watching TV and laughing. They didn't seem to be in a rush to leave the room clean to the new potential guests.

Perfect beach Bungalows in a great location. Staff are all super friendly. Would highly recommend this place.

Great place to stay in Lembongan. This place has its own access to the beach, it has a pool, and nice views of the sunset. The food are more western but they're also quite good.

This is a great place to stay in Lembongan with great location, good rooms and fabulous views. But.. the only reason I give this hotel 2 stars is the staff, especially lady working in reception (won't mention her name here). Management really need to consider the staff they hire for customer care because the service we received from this lady is not worth a single star. Sayings like if you don't like go to the street and find a better place, or the system has made a booking, it's very difficult to make modifications. In other words you are being treated like you are not welcome there and they don't care if you stay there or not. Note to this staff member: I know you are from remote island and you are not used to this, but your family relies on you, so you must do the best you can on a daily basis even if you don't like it - that's the lifestyle you've chosen. All other staff members were great though.

The rooms are great the only thing missing was a mini fridge but if you pay a little more you can upgrade to one that has it. The Service is good but you need to ask for things to get done. Breakfast is included but is not done very well. The food at the restaurant is OK but I preferred eating at the place next-door. It’s a great place to view the sunset.

This place was magical. We had a bungalow right on the beach and it couldn’t have been more perfect. Although the restaurant connected to this hotel didn’t serve liquor there are many places walking distance that do. Quaint, peaceful, infinity pool, deliciously free breakfast, air conditioned rooms. Hard to beat and even the locals said it was new and looked happy for us to be staying there. Drinks and food closer to the beach are pricier but the view is worth it.

Superb, location and amenities, relatively new resort in excellent condition, grounds are well kept, pool and bar area are very inviting, great beach chair settings. Good breakfast superb rooms. Comfortable bed.

Simple traditional but very clean bungalow, helpful staffs, ok breakfast, wonderful beach, highly recommended for snorkeling. Great view from the pool

Good for retreat, away from life. Easy to catch sunset and white sand beachfront. Wifi is OK but the staff is exceptional.

Affordable price with nice beach view. Room with wood wall is my favorite. The staff is nice and the internet is fine. Recommended for you!

The Hotel and rooms are nice, but the staff pissed me off completely.
The rented bikes are not in a acceptable condition. They understand your English, but if you want to complain about something they don't. The breakfast is not very well and you have pay extra for everything.
And all of the drinks are with to much sugar.

Good hotel but lame service. Staff barely speaks English and could'nt seem to care less. Disappointed.

Nice staff but some don't speach/understand english.

Nice location on the beach with a great view of Bali. The rooms are a bit dark but the pool is great. Overall a great hotel for the price.

For the price we paid, this place is really decent. The pool faces the ocean and everyone who works here are very friendly and helpful. You can even rent a scooter here to get around for just 70k per day. The wifi goes down once in a while but I guess it's a reminder for me to put the phone down and have a real conversation with my partner (as long as he's not on the phone as well).
