Pretty and dangerous. A perfect big bath tube to soak with amazing view, but if the wave got bigger then it can make you in the middle of the sea in seconds. Safety first in top of mind. Better go there when the sea is low tide so you can go down to the bath tube more safe. Enjoy!

It's nice to go down and have a swim, cool view of the cliff. It was quite touristic though and crowded in the afternoon.

I was very happy that I was wearing some old trainers that I can wear under water. Most of the people I saw there they were without shoes and it has to be a bit painful to go down without any shoes.

Kalau ke Bali, kalian harus ke Nusa Penida. Awalnya dulu pulau ini tidak terjamah banyak orang, tapi sekarang. Wooow......

It’s a beautiful place but the roads are extremely difficult if you’re on a motorbike. Definitely get a car go take you if you’re not an expert motorbike rider. The infinity pool is nice but also take some care to get in.

I saw rainbows! Lots of time! The place is amazing. It is very difficult to get the spot, but it's worthy. The water are so clear, the waves hitting the corals can be hypnotizing. Sure it is good to take pictures there. You can also swim if you dare, but not in all season. Be careful there, as the corals are quite sharp. You may hurt yourself if you are careless in your step.

The awesome and beautiful place and must visit tourist attraction If you're visiting Bali.
Crystal clear water and beautiful Island best place for dayout hangout.

This more beautiful than what it is displayed in the pictures.

From Bali you've to take boat to reach Nusa Penida Island and from there you can take Rented Bikes or Car to reach there.

Visit early and before midday to enjoy the sun, usually crowded. The famous and beautiful broken beach also very nearby.

There's not a lot of warnings about the roads/commute to Angel's Billabong. Roads are very narrow. Many are not maintained and some are very steep. If you're renting a motorcycle, you must be careful; especially if your not experienced. If you're expecting to swim at Angel's Billabong, make sure you're in good shape, you'll need to walk down several steps before reaching the water. It's not a beach, but rather a cliff with water. Nicer views are elsewhere.

Give yourself enough time especially if you're doing a day trip. If you've hired a driver, that's fine, but otherwise just consider hanging out at Crystal Bay. Depends on the adventure you're looking for.

It's very Serene and a beautiful picturesque place. Approach roads on Nusa penida island are poor and should definitely hire a driver to reach all points.
When we visited the site was quite crowded and had to wait a while to get a good shot and head down for a swim.

Nice spots to visit for 1 or 2 hours. Have a drink or snack there, swim take pictures and move. You will have to ride in very hard road, (not paved), If you go by scooter drive slowly to reduce the risk of tire flat.

Cyrus Azad (22/11/2017 05:30)
This place is extremely hard to get to if you’re on a scooter so I do recommend getting a driver. I drove there with a Scooter since I don’t like the big crowds and there a certain periods in time where it’s not as busy. If you want good pictures you either have to get a private driver for the day or ride down on a scooter. If you are new to riding scooters be careful because the road has not been maintained or paved so it’s very muddy, bumpy and it’s got a lot of steep hills

What else to say about this place other than beautiful and magnificent. This truly is a great place to go in nusa penida. You can enter the pool just be careful of sharp rock and sea urchin. Better wear diving shoes. I stepped on an urchin and its a pain in the ass.

Mori Kamolvutana (22/10/2017 06:13)
It is much more fun than I expected. Half of this natural pool is very shallow, so you can sit and enjoy the wave crashing and horizon, the other half is deep but only approx. two metres. To reach the pool, you need to climb down some sharp rocks so be prepared and wear swimming shoes if you have.

sandy halim (30/09/2017 08:26)
A must visit place if you go to nusa penida! Really nice view!

Arya Prasetya Utama (25/09/2017 00:22)
Watch your step, it's very sharp rock to climb down.
Until Seprember 2017, the road to go here still heavily broken.
You need extra skill on motorcycle or better go by car to reach here.
If in good season, you can swim there but sometimes you can't because the tides come in and it's very dangerous.

Alex L. (13/09/2017 08:16)
A beautiful Infiniti Pool. We came during high tide so didn't get a chance to go into the water. We still went down to see the waves hit the rocks. Amazing view nonetheless.

Trio Kusuma (07/09/2017 08:39)
Simply stunning spot, I've found group of dolphin near cliff. Love it, but you need to be careful about the wave if you decide to swim it.

aninda naulina (08/08/2017 15:40)
Oh.my.God! I even couldn't believe my eyes! Too good I wanna cry!! So breath-taking! The water so clear you could see whats on the bottom clearly!
I suggest you to come in the morning (before 10AM) which is less people and you could swim and taste the water just by yourself!
But beware of the sea urchins, they could harm your feet.
So yeah the track is not so good, you may pass broken road for half an hour, but belive me it's so worth the bads!!

Wirya Tjen (21/07/2017 02:46)
+ enjoyable view
- bumpy access
- extremely dangerous to swim

FYI, unexpected big waves could happened. Locals said, 3 died dragged by the sudden big waves.

ben praccus (29/06/2017 18:32)
Nice. Hardly a daring climb to the water. 2 metres at most. Track's kinda rough to get there but nothing too dramatic. Definitely would be nicest early morning I think, same broken beach.

Patra Boma (26/06/2017 05:45)
Welcome to one of Nusa Penida's secret get aways, that I jokingly named as Angel's Billabong but then became its official name. Climbing down the rugged coral reef presents a daring little challenge, but it certainly pays off once you reach the pool. The greenish bottom may seem slippery, but they're definitely not moss. In fact, it felt so comfortable to walk on that carpet-like bottom. Some parts can be pretty deep and become homes to various kinds of fish. Forget Marina Bay Sands, this is the definite infinity pool.

Alexey Dryahlov (21/04/2017 22:56)
This is a very dangerous place!! Please note that every year people washing out the ocean by unexpected big waves comming. We we standing there for an hour and pool was so quiet and looked safety. But then we decided to take some pics own in the pool and after 15 min huges waves came and thanx god i still alive. Please don't go down! Last year a few tourist dead there.

Yang Xiu Zhen (19/04/2017 05:55)
I love this place! Great view! But to get there, you'll have to pass rocky road, if you are riding motorbike, better be extra careful. You can go down to the water in this natural pool, but apparently no swimming. And be careful for sea urchins or sea hedgehogs. There's alot of them in the water. And also watch out for big wave, because there's already an incident because of big waves, and peoples got dragged by the waves.

Maille Okky (17/04/2017 11:07)
Great places, Clifftop views and not to hard to find the place but unfortunately the road still hardly to access, need to make a better road for this beautiful spot.. Happy Holidays)) ..

Kevin Septian (10/04/2017 16:02)
Beautiful spot and very near with the other breathtaking spot. The road is a bit rough but it's worth it !! I agree with the others, br careful and do not stand close with the cliff because sometimes the wave could be very high and splashes very high, maybe u can just wait the wave and its splash to take a beautiful photograph.

Ava Pikul (29/03/2017 04:13)
This place is really beautiful but DO NOT SWIM. Everyone is writing to 'be careful' but you truly do not know when the huge waves will hit. A few moments after I swam in the pool a violent wave rushed in and the water was sucked back into the ocean. Even while standing above the pool I was still splashed from how large the wave was. I am happy no one was still in the pool. This place is extremely dangerous even if the looks to be calm during low tide.

Justin Donnelly (09/03/2017 12:51)
Nothing overly special about this place, the fact is close to broken beach is good as that's the main attraction on the area. Swimmers be careful while in the billabong and the tide is high, people have died here in the recent past.

TJ Biddle (14/02/2017 23:52)
It was okay - the water was a bit dirty as opposed to some photos we've seen - So I'll assume I just came during the year. I liked it - it was very peaceful to stand on the edge and watch the ocean smash the water, and the surrounding area is beautiful!

Jos Prins (27/01/2017 01:03)
Beautiful place, great for making that new profile picture. Only downside, we couldn't swim because the water was dirty.

Pim Wrobel (27/01/2017 00:35)
A bit overrated. We came there when it was low tide and the water was dirty, so not suitable to swim. Amazing views from the cliff

Swati & Sam (09/12/2016 02:51)
Beautiful place and offers breathtaking views. One of the must visit places in Nusa Penida. The island is just 30 minutes from Bali via ferry. Better to include it as day trip if you are not staying in the ialand. Roads are narrow and bumpy so instead of renting scoopy better to rent a car with driver.
