These guys were fantastic! We had such a blast with private surf classes with Wayan, Robot and Loxy. They know the waves so well (surfing the waters since kids) and pick them so well for your ability. Highly recommend them for all skill levels (you can even just rent and go out on the boat with them). My girlfriend and I both really improved during our 5 lessons with them (going from soft board to hard board and using smaller boards). They’re also a really fun bunch, really chilled out and flexible. We also did a great snorkelling trip seeing manta rays with an afternoon in Nusa Penida!

I can't even put in words how much fun it was learning to surf with those guys. They were super attentive, very helpful and had a great eye for detail when teaching. Also booked a snorkeling trip which was fantastic! Saw a mantraray and lots of beautiful fishes and corals. Thanks for making our time so memorable!

This was the best day of our entire honeymoon! The staff at New Bro, and especially our guide, Wayan, were amazing and took us to the most incredible snorkeling spots, even getting us there before some of the bigger tour companies arrived (we had almost private time with the manta rays before all of the big boats with tons of tourists arrived). Don’t bother looking anywhere else, these guys are the absolute best!!

Newbro surf school was an amazing experience. I went on their daily surf trips for a few weeks while I learned how to surf. Wayan, Bailan, and Robot, and Made all made it very fun to learn and I send everyone I know to Newbro!

I haven't had the 'luck' to go out with this school, but met them in the water a few times. Their behaviour was the worst I have ever seen. Pushing their clients onto other people's waves, constantly shouting at other other surfers further in to get out of their way, etc... I cannot comment on the quality of their tuition, but I think a surf school that tries to get their clients have fun on the expense of other surfers is a school with no respectable values and should be avoided.

I was in Lembongan in July and met up with the guys at Newbro. I would say regardless of your level these guys are awesome to go out with. They're great teachers and incredibly knowledgable about the surf there (it's uncanny how well they can read the waves). As an operation they're also incredibly organized and keep beginners safe. I would definitely go with them whenever I'm out there. They took us out to lacerations which is great surf spot (it can get fairly big but they're very good at keeping people out of the big stuff - esp. beginners).

These guys know what they are doing! They take you thru the entire proces of surfing. Once you get in the water they help you with push into the waves. With their tips I made it to ride a few waves as this was only my second time surfing, ever!

Robot was great, even with a total beginner like me! He picked me up from my hotel and dropped me off, and was great at teaching me what to do. I had a fantastic time with these guys, thanks so much!

Great lesson from Robban and the guys. Super friendly and really good teachers. Had a few lessons before and this one was by far the best... These guys make it look easy!

I had a great time with my first surfing lesson at Nusa Lembongan. Lena is a great guy and he made me catch many waves at the first lesson already!
We also took an island trip with my family in his boat, and we all had a great time. Our 4 yrs old son was trying snorkeling at 1 of the easier reefs, and it had soo many fishes and corals just outside of the beach.
I can recommend anyone that are in the Bali area, to go to Nusa Lembongan and meet up with Lena and Newbro Surfing. It is one of the best things we have done so far!
