No hot water!!! Great view Sandy was helpful and nice but on the down size the bathrooms need an upgrade and i will repeat. No hot water!!

Got a double suite for a very high price and it was very disappointing. TV would not work. Fridge was simply imposible to have it on during the night because of the noise, also it had a flooded drawer. WiFi would not work almost nowhere, neither in our room. No mains plugs available near the bed. Not that clean either. We left the place after one night.

A little dissapointing. The location is great, and the stuff very (very!) friendly but the room (a suite, quite pricy compared to the average normal ones) was dissapointing. The TV was decoration (not connected) and the wifi not working well.

Trying the restaurant once arrived at Lembongan. They served good food. Nice beachfront restaurant. Need some improvement in their service.

I haven't been staying there but one of my guest did. At one evening there was reschedule regards the pick up time for the guest, So i came to the reception and asking help to forward the information regards the new pick up time from 7:45am become 8:15am.
The reception understand perfectly since I spoke indonesian language. In the next following morning, the guest had been waiting for the pick up 30minutes because the guest didn't get any message at all from any of the Resort employee.
Something that could very easy to be done but it could be bad for business if keep it like this happen again.

Not expensive. Good for 1 night or 2. Simple accommodation with a small fan.
Can rent surfboard, bikes. They can arrange your trip from your hotel in Bali to there.

Loved Mainski so much we returned a week or so later.
Great value, superb position, super friendly staff and the most comprehensive and best value menu on the island.
