I took my Mac Air to repair on Sat 20th January because it didn't charge. The custom service person checked that the charger is ok and said that it takes 2-3 days to repair it and they will send a WhatsUp message when it is ready.
On Wednesday I sent a message via their web site and asked the schedule. No reply.
On Friday I marched there to ask what's going on. The service person said that technicians have to order spare part from Yava. They just didn't bother to inform me at all. I asked when my Mac is ready because I really need it for work and he said tomorrow morning. He also told the price.
This morning (saturday) I went to get my computer. I asked if it's okey now and the person replied "yes, except it doesn't charge." I almost dropped. They didn't repair it, they just gave it back because I was in a hurry.
I understand that it takes time to order parts. But one week and nobody sent me any message about the delay! Now I'm searching another place to repair my Mac and probably found one.

Very good service. Bought a MacBook Air 2017 and was initially unsure as to whether it was genuine as the shop is not on Apples official site.
I requested that I be allowed to open the laptop and sign into iTunes to ensure the laptop was genuine. Akita allowed me without hesitation and I got notification on my phone as expected!
Threw in MS Office, Adobe suite & Photoshop to sweeten the deal also.
Highly highly recommended!

I quickly needed my MacBook Air repaired after updating the software caused it to not turn on. The staff at Vmac are so kind and helpful and were able to repair my MacBook in around 2 hours at a very reasonable price. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs Apple product repairs!

I visited the store because of serious problems with my mac book. I couldn't start it anymore and charging also didn't work. The whole team of the shop is very friendly and very professional. They found the problem, fixed it very fast and for a very fair price. The whole service is excellent here!! Thank you.

I went in for a real iPhone charger and paid a lot for it ... it broke after 2 days of normal use. They pass off really cheap products pretending it's quality.

Probably a really good service for Ubud although I am pretty sure they sold me fake / knock off apple headphones at full price of what I would have paid in Canada or the US (the headphones never worked properly to begin with and broke / stop functioning after 6 months) .. lots of apple accessories you will buy in Asia are likely not 100% legit, but from a store like this one I expected more.

I've had 2 visits to the store. The 1st was to get a new microphone fitted to my iPhone 4 in 2015. Yesterday I had to get my iPhone 6s reset because of a log in problem. On both occasions the service was prompt, efficient, certainly cheaper than you would get in Australia and very friendly in true Bali style. Their instore wifi is very fast too. The guy was very happy for me to sit there downloading lots of my apps and logging into iCloud to restore my phone. I thoroughly recommend this store. It's a shame you only have to go there when you have a problem.
