Large, clean, but slightly dated rooms. Friendly staff, well located. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Great place, awesome hotel. However the toilet there is putrid. It stinks of stale urine. They expect young trainees who are fresh from school to rectify this problem. It rates up there with some of the worst toilets I have entered anywhere in the world. An absolute disgrace.

Old property bali style, perfect for people who is looking for quite place to stay in sanur that has direct beach access. Room is dated but okay. At least is clean and aircon is cold. Bfast is standard. Nothing is outstanding.

We enjoyed our stay very much. My star rating is based on price vs. expectations. Sure the hotel is old, but that gives it character. It was clean and well maintained. The floors could have been cleaner, but I understand that it's difficult when you're in a beach area to keep up with the sand. The employees were all friendly. The pool is big and deep, so if you like to do laps, bring your swim goggles! They also have a kiddie pool. We attended the Sunday night show and were quite impressed with the dancers. The buffet was okay - the food kept running out, but they did replace it. The best part of the day was starting with breakfast overlooking the sea. I would definitely stay here again.

In this place you can relax and also you can do some exercise like table tennis, biliard,mini basket ball, and swim.... also at evening you can watch a sun set in the beautiful beach

Great value, lots of staff who are very friendly and helpful ALWAYS. The only thing that seperates the pool from the ocean is the bar.

The location of this hotel is excellent, right on the beach and very close to markets and restaurants. The service from the staff has been great, they have been able to answer any questions. The rooms are great with universal international power outlets underneath the desk or the TV depending on which room type you are in. The free wifi is usually 20 up to 40mbps although if you are close by to the bar/beach congestion can see this slow down considerably in peak times. Other areas of the hotel are free from internet congestion. The beds are comfortable and the house cleaning staff are friendly. All the rooms have air conditioning and a room safe. There is so much choice for food and even convenience stores locally that you don't need to go anywhere else if you don't want. This of a family friendly but also quiet hotel that I would recommend to anyone.

Good place to stay if you get a room for 55 a night new renovation very good rooms much nicer but only one pool and very bare and in sun get very hot' segara has lots of pools and are very nice and shaddy i recommend stay at inna sindhu and swim at segara ;)

It was nice and lovely place! Calm ocean, clean beach and quite close to civilization wit shops and cafes. But breakfasts at the Inna Sindhu was great!

My husband and I have stayed at the Inna Sindhu Beach Hotel twice , we have found it to be excellent ! Close to the beach ! Great staff , great breakfast , awesome pool , great gardens etc . I would recommend this awesome hotel. I will stay there again next time 😆
