Extremely professional. Excellent service and very friendly staff, they explained everything, the boat was new and clean and fast, sunscreen and water provided. Staff happy to answer any questions about the islands and places. Left on time and arrived early. When we got to gili-trawangan the island staff helped organised a horse to get to our hotel, not the cheapest but Im happy to pay more for a safe premium transport. We travelled in April and the ocean was flat and no major swell.

Professional boat service. They are good at informing you what's happening and take good care of both passengers and luggage. The boat is in good shape.
Nothing to complain about. Traveled with another cheaper boat service last time I was in Bali, this was way better organized.

Very fast trip but it is quite rough when the swells up so be careful if you get sea sick. Very good crew interesting stop at Gili Gede which looks beautiful BYW

Very professional. Picked us up at our hotel on time and transferred us to the harbour at Serangan. The boat parted sharp at 10.30 am for Gili T and even reached ahead of schedule. The crew offered us some chewable candy and a cold towel. The boat ride was pleasant. All in all a very good experience. Would definitely recommend them to all.

Bumpy ride, if you get seasick very quick i recommend you to take more then 1 anti-seasick pill. One pill was not enough for me and i got really sick. Staff and service is very good! And the boat is safe and Nice.

Good quick crossing and reasonable price. Appreciated the pick up and drop off service, which was friendly and punctual.
Seemed confusing when I got back to harbour, as no clear signage to get back to the place to be taken back to the hotel.
Could use some more fans inside. The trip back was stiflingly hot and free water was not offered on the return trip. Also departed around 30mins later than billed.
The check in office in Gili T was difficult to find.

Good boat. Preferred BlueWater Express but all in all was ok. They had a screen and headphones which was nice to pass the time. I asked about life jackets as couldn’t see any and was assured that they would be handed out if needed...

Great efficient service. Reliable and safe. The only speedboat company I know that asks people not to throw rubbish into the ocean! Thanks for that.
Little bit more pricy than other speedboats, but well worth it.

Easy boat ride to Gili T. It felt very safe and they provided sea sickness tablets and cared about their passengers

Well organised boat ride. Staff very attentive and inside of the boat comfortable. Were given a complimentary bottle of water. The only downside is that no AC available

I used Gili Getaway to go to Gili Trawangan and wasn't disappointed. They offer the most direct transport from Bali and the boat is comfortable and spacious. During warm weather there is also the option to relax in the top open air seating section.
The transfer back to Bali was great to. They pick you up directly in front of their office, not from the main harbour point which is great as the harbour gets really busy and crowded. On the way back there are brief stops at Gili Air and Lombok but it only added around 10 extra minutes onto the journey.

Terrible service. Do yourself a favour and book with another company! We booked and paid for our return boat 4 weeks in advance. When we got to Bali we got an email saying that our boat was cancelled and that we had to get an earlier boat. This meant we had to change our morning plans in Ubud. When we arrived at the check in counter we were informed that our boat from Gili T would also now not be leaving at the time we paid for 1:30pm instead we would have to get an earlier boat back that morning, again ruining our morning plans in Gili T. Customer service was poor and the staff basically told us one hour before we were due to leave for Gili T that we could either accept the change or get our money back and look elsewhere. No emails were sent and they blamed another staff member for the mix up who wasn't even there to defend him/herself. Boat was due to leave Bali at 9am, but of course it didn't it was delayed. Anyway from personal experience I would do your research first, there communication is poor and I suppose once they have your money they don't care about any changes they make. First and last time we will use them.

Boat trip from Bali to Gili islands was good and without problems. A bit bumpy at first, but I was ready for worse. However, as we forgot some of our belongings to the hotel in Bali, we asked for boat company's help to send these items to Gili Air on the next day. Although they initially said they would help, they didn't agree to take our belongings from the driver of our hotel on the next day.

Ver Professional! Although it is expensive i recommend taking this Ferry. It's fast and direct to gili T. Handling is very Professional and staff is Well Trained! They give u sickness pills and water if needed. U can sit outside on the boat. It leaves punctually and takes exactly 2 hours!

Incredible service. Great boat. Loved sitting on the top, getting some sun, listening to music, and taking in the views.
They even include transfer back into central Bali! Worth the price.

Arrived on time. Ride was a Little bumpy but thats expected on a boat. Crew and Captain was friendly and english speaking.

Recently used Gili Getaway to travel between Gili Air & Bali and have nothing but praise for this company. Prompt and efficiently handled pick-up & drop-off service, safe modern boat and friendly helpful staff. Happy to recommend.

Safe and effective way to the Gili islands outside of Lombok. I have no experience with the other fast boat services, but these didn't overbook the boats and had great service (water, sunblock). Make sure to use free transport to and from hotel/airport.
