Very helpful & thorough visit today! After putting my hand on a sea urchin today, I visited the East Medical Care Centre! They were attentive, caring and cannot fault the treatment I received today! From receptionist, nursing through to doctor all were wonderful! Thank you again!

Excellent service. Clean facilities, staff were extremely helpful and easy to communicate with. An ambulance collected me from the yellow bridge when I dislocated my shoulder in Ceningan. Gave me enough pain killers to mask the pain and put my shoulder back in place efficiently.

Very nice people, they saved me and helped me with everything. With the paiment and my insurance everything was good. This year i will go back to thank and see the people again.

After dividing my ear was really heart so I went to East Medical Care Center and they have been very helpful. This clinic have developed equipment and the doctor work with sterility and spoke English very well.

Very clean, quick and easy! All staff spoke good enough English to have a conversation. Treatment was quick and professional.
I seen a review about being expensive which is kind of true.My was around 2m ruph but they know everyone has Insurance so it doesn’t really matter...unless you don’t have insurance.

The East Medical Clinic Centre's owner is a thief who totally rip off tourist by charging highly over inflated prices for medical attention.
My wife was given a Bioxon that typically sells for RP170,000 and they charged us Rp1,500,000!!
Clinium antibiotics sells for Rp100,000 and they charged us a whopping Rp1,079,925!! That is more than a 1,000% mark up!!!
I also overheard a tourist that came in asking for asperin for his head ache. They would not give him any unless he paid a Doctor's Consultation beforehand of Rp400,000. There is no pharmacy on the island so the owner takes advantage of this to rob tourist by charging crazy prices.
I overheard this and offered some pills for free of course.
This clinic is a bunch of crooks who are taking advantage of stranded tourist that are in need of medical help on their island of Nusa Lembongan.
Shame on you!!

Very courteous and professional staff. Dr. Richard and his nurses took care of myself and my fiancée after we had a motorbike crash (some of the roads here are quite treacherous) and made sure we had the necessary medical supplies to make a full recovery (some road rash, scrapes and cuts) while self treating ourselves at our resort on the other side of the island. Great professionals!
Who would expect a place this modern on a little island Lembongan. As we entered the place nurses took care of us, did some basic examinations and told us everything about costs and how everything is going to look like. The doctors visit cost was 400000 IDS, which is only 24 EUR/ 30 USD, plus the cost of bandage etc..
My boyfriend had a leg injury with infection, and Dr Richard together with very experienced Nurses cleaned and wrapped his wound. We had to come back two more times to change the bandage, and the service was always at the highest level. Also they are equipped with waterproof dressings!
While waiting for the doctor we've met few other tourists with similar injuries, and as they told us- other hospitals they've been to were so bad you can't even compare it to East Medical Center. We were lucky to find this place as a first one to take care of my boyfriend.
I would like to thank all the staff: sweet receptionists, best Nurses, and Dr Richard. Keep being great!

I went to east medical due to tonsillitis. They did unnecessary tests (e.g., oxygen level test) and overcharged me for diagnosing and perscribing for this simple illness. I ended up paying 1, 000, 000 rupiah (aus $100).
When i had previously seen a doctor at another clinic, they charged me 600,000 rupiah (aus $60).
The doctor was terrible at communicating clearly about the side effects of antibiotics. So now i am suffering from severe acid reflux.
I would never recommend going to this hospital because they are more interested in making money than improving people's health.

Wir waren vom 10.12.17-24.12.17 auf der Insel. Bei einem Sturz mit dem Motorroller verletzte sich meine Freundin an Ellenbogen, Handgelenk und Knie sodass umgehend eine ärztliche Versorgung erforderlich wurde. Alle im Medical Care Center waren überaus zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Die medizinische Versorgung erfolgte auf einem hohen qualitativen Standard. Ohne die Hilfe der Ärzte im Medical Care Center hätten wir zurück nach Denpasar in eine Klinik gemusst. Vielen Dank an Dr. Richard Hermawan und sein Team.
