The diving itself is challenging and have great spots around Ceningan. We didn't choose the best season, and even then we enjoyed each immersion around -10 in total - with a very well equipped boat to go on the trip, and used every afternoon to walk around both islands, that have the charm of Bali in tiny scale. Also they have a lounge that is great to spend the afternoon with a book.
With a green and ecofriendly concept in mind, the bungalows are fine, clean and comfortable, but certainly the big plus is the location and the facilities for diving, with equipment almost new and very well maintained. Although we brought our own suits, the BCD and regulator are Aqualung and Apeks.
The menu at the restaurant is large and can accommodate any preference, and if you have been in Asia for a long time, also they have Ucranian dishes, that are novelty and good surprise. The quality itself on the menu is outstanding.
If you love diving and be surrounding by people that has the same passion, you will be happy that was money well invested at the end of the journey.

LOVED our stay at Ceningan Resort! The food was always fresh and delicious, and the staff is so friendly! Our villa was absolutely darling and it really felt like a vacation. For a very relaxing time, I highly recommend Ceningan Resort! My husband and I stayed for 7 nights and look forward to returning! Big THANK YOU to Sandra, Victoria and Arc, along with all of the staff, for giving us an amazing experience!

Love this place! Absolute gem on Ceningan Island. The resort is about 5 minutes down the road from the Yellow Bridge and a 15 minute boat ride from Nusa Penida. Rob, the owner, and Sandra, his wife/dive instructor are incredible. Both are very welcoming and master divers. I recommend the diving experience 100%, my girlfriend loved it! The atmosphere is relaxing and peaceful. The owners, staff and locals were very helpful and really guided us in the right direction. I have been in Bali for over a month now and have stayed at countless places. This is one of the best!

Our visit here was short and sweet. My boyfriend and I stayed here for three days. The villa, restaurant, staff, and pool were all so nice and accommodating. The atmosphere was great! I got to scuba dive for my first time with them, and it was such an amazing experience and one of my favorite things we have done so far in Indonesia. Sandra and Rob went out of their way to make sure everyone felt welcomed. We wanted to explore the other Islands while staying here and the staff arranged for a boat to pick us up from the resort and even gave us a ride back to the public boat for us to head back to Bali. If you are looking for a relaxing get a way or to do some scuba diving, I highly recommend this place!

We loved our stay at Ceningan Divers! We were supposed to stay 4 days and ended up staying 6 because it was so relaxing.
The island is quiet but has enough to do so you can keep yourself busy. Great diving, paddling, canoeing, swimming in front of the resort when it's high tide, snorkeling, scooter rides to look around... You also just need to drive or walk over the yellow bridge (walking distance) if you want more actions.
The resort itself is very clean, comfortable and eco friendly. I now want the same bed and linens at home. I loved the outdoor shower!
The food is particularly good and the portions are big. Try the healthy breakfast! Best granola I ever had!
We will most likely be back next year. The owners are super friendly and welcoming. So is the staff.

Love the place, the friendly staff, the boat dives, the food, the little bar. You are pampered from the moment you arrive until you leave.

Stayed at this resort for 2 nights for our dives!
1. Had a wonderful dive experience. The dive masters were Professional, friendly, well trained and they know their stuff. Equipments and gears are also well maintained.
2. The food was Awesome. Like really awesome. Generous portions, great taste and the price is reasonable. The fruit juices are freshly made and taste really good and healthy.
3. The resort staff were all really friendly and nice. No complaints at all. The whole place is quiet, there are also 40 free board games available to choose from if you are bored. Optional yoga classes daily at 100k rupiah is also available.
4. Room is spacious and clean. There is even a hammock outside the room for enjoyment. Good for chilling. The bed is comfortable. But however, the blanket given is very thin and it could get quite cold in the night.
5. Overall, I had a wonderful experience at this resort. Will definitely come back again. I would like to thank the owner, Robert and his staff for the wonderful hospitality. *Hope you change the blanket to a thicker one* 😂😂
Highly recommend! Thumbs up! 👍👍👍

Great Place to Chill
Most folks visit Ceningan Resort for dive training and excursions (understandably) but i was just here to relax and live in the local culture for an extended period. As such, i encourage you to visit even if you aren’t diving and just interested in a peaceful place to write, relax, get massage, practice yoga (if that’s your thing), hang out at the bar and chat, play boardgames, and learn local Bahasa.
The rooms featured ultra comfy large beds with top quality linens, the bathrooms were as good as you get in such remote locales (the indoor/outdoor nature of the showers was great) and the a/c, mosquito nets and fans kept you comfy as well. The food was great (try the gado-gado) and the place feels like a real community with the international management team, the local workers, and a wide variety of ex-pat and traveling characters coming and going - whether for diving, a visit, or popping by for a drink.
I felt so much part of the community, i even made some chalkboard signs and guestbook to leave a little piece of me behind. Overall, i simply spent most of my time on the cabin porch, the upstairs lounge, or the end of the dock - just breathing and filling up notebooks. Just what i needed. Thanks to the great team there for the lovely visit.

Ceningan Resort is a place where you really have to go!
We stayed there with a family of 5 persons and we had a great time. Everything ws perfectly arranged for us beginning with the pick-up from Sanur beach to our return back to Bali. The staff is very friendly and helpfull and is always doing his very best to help you and make you feel at home and fully enjoy your holiday.
The bungalows are great and comfortable and because the resort is small everything is quiet and really allows you to unwind.
The restaurant serves great local and international food in a great variety and great taste for a very reasonable price.
We did a Padi Open Water course with two persons which was great. They really take time to learn you everything and take you to the best diving and snorkling spots.
I can go on and on about how great it was but I can only advise to try for yourself and experience a piece of paradise!!

Beautiful spot if you are looking for somewhere to get away and relax. Took my first ever yoga class and felt more centred than ever!!

We were looking for somewhere to really take the time to unwind - and Ceningan Resort was the perfect place for us.
We stayed in a King Deluxe Bungalow which was simple but inviting. Our room had a very comfortable bed, with crisp white bedlinen, and a bathroom with a view to the stars. Perfect for the romantic at heart.
Housekeeping, was spot on. The bedroom & bathroom were clean & well maintained, and we were really happy to support the resorts ecotourism efforts with regards to the use of towels etc.
As we were diving most mornings, we usually had an early breakfast before heading out, & lunch when we got back, at the resort’s restaurant. Although it would have been easy to pop over to Lembongan for dinner, we were more than happy just to hang out at the bar/restaurant and have dinner there. So it’s safe to say we really liked the food! Although the menu was quite simple, there was a good variety of dishes which were well prepared.
The resort staff, who are very friendly and helpful, can all be very proud of themselves & the super service they provide.
During our nine day stay we met single travellers, families & and fellow divers and it was very clear to us that Ceningan Resort is the perfect place for people who enjoy the simple pleasures in life.
We highly recommend Ceningan Resort (& Ceningan Divers) and look forward to staying with them again. We will be bringing the family next time.
Well done & all the best - we look forward to seeing you all in 2017

We spent three nights here and my only regret is that we didn't stay longer ! The diving was amazing - saw so much coral and schools of fish, big and small as well as sea turtles and a manta ray.
I'm pretty picky about cleanliness with hotels and restaurants and this place exceeded my expectations in that department. The dive equipment was new and well maintained and the wetsuits are washed in antibacterial cleanser after use. The food was great with local and international food options. My favorites were the omelettes and the stir fry. The bar serves top shelf drinks as well. .
There's a open air shared space above the restaurant to lounge with a drink and a book or to watch movies played via projector on the big screen.
The resort is owned by Europeans and Canadians and staffed by friendly locals. I think they speak more than 10 languages combined.
The dive boat was fast and clean and the staff even served warm drinks and snacks in between dives. My partner came along and snorkeled while I was diving.
I would return here in a heartbeat. They had wifi, AC, and hot water showers.

We spent a fantastic 5 days here with our two children. Very relaxed and enjoyable time. Great food and friendly helpful staff. Diving was great, as was the kayaking. Very clean and peaceful.

Ceningan Resort, formerly known as The Jetty Resort, is under new ownership. We are currently renovating our facilities for our Grand (re)Opening on Saturday, August 1st 2015.
Ceningan Resort is located a seashell throw away from Nusa Lembongan, on the left side of the yellow bridge in the pristine mangroves of Nusa Ceningan. We are a Green Star Award, eco-friendly, PADI 5 Star Dive Resort.
(We loved the Jetty Resort so much, that we purchased the place in early 2015)
