Great staff and nice villas. Dive center is also well organized. Unfortunately, we were staying in a Bamboo villa and they didn't put enough credit on the prepaid electricity meter so we ended up having no electricity and AC during the first night. It was painful because the night temperature are hot and there are a lot of mosquitoes. We had to ask for a compensation and they offered 50,000 IDR which is very low for one night sleepless.

I chose big fish for the reviews here, but I have to say that I'm not so impressed. The people (more so of the secret garden hotel than the dive center) are nice, but the equipment is neither new nor very well maintained, you carry and mount and subsequently wash everything yourself (to my surprise at this price, compared to some other centers around, which we talked to later). Safety is also none of their primary concerns (dive guide leaving against some rather strong currents beyond the distance of visibility; the comments we shouldn't trust our computers but the guide; or when informed about a broken depth gauge that they were breaking all the time so it wasn't worth replacing them, we should simply stay with our dive guide o.O).
The courses apparently are very good with very patient instructors, the people at secret garden are nice and the center supports the Marine Megafauna Foundation. Also a star for the dive sites, some of which really are fantastic.

Exception diving center, definitely the best on the island. Staff are amazing, instruction is thorough, and equipment well maintain. Both PADI and SSI available. Highly recommended!

The quality of customer service at Big Fish Diving is simply excellent! They are really passionate about diving and it shows... One thing that has always impressed me about this diving operation is their emphasis on safety. Between the skill of Captain Donny, quality of equipment, and professionalism of the Divemasters/instructors, you know you will be in good hands with Big Fish Diving!

I was diving with this company last month- staff were all friendly and professional, equipment was well maintained and trips well organised. Food on the boats was also gorgeous! Had a lovely time!

I went diving with Big Fish for a couple of days and their organization is impeccable, equipment perfectly maintained and in great condition, and staff is welcoming, helpful and friendly. Their speed boat is very comfortable and spacious, and the touch of having reusable water cups instead of plastic bottles was the most important point for me. I will always choose Big Fish Diving, thanks for memorable days and great dives!

Look no further than the crew at BFD!!! Great instructors, awesome facilities, A1 training and sexy new boat. If you are planning to dive around Lembongan and Nusa Penida, be sure to make Big Fish your first stop for planning your bubble bowing adventures :)

I had the wonderful opportunity to attain my PADI Open Water Diver Certification through Big Fish Diving, December 2014. I had the great pleasure of not only meeting and working with Michelle, my dive instructor, but meeting and getting to know the entire dive team, from Captain Doni, to the office team Andrea and Tim, and many Dive Masters.
Michelle creates an excellent learning atmosphere. Her focus is to ensure your utmost safety, by ensuring you have the opportunity to ask questions during the training, provide you with the information required to successfully write/pass your exams. I was provided every opportunity to be successful in attaining my dive certification.
The Big Fish Diving Team are both professional and personable. I would highly recommend Big Fish Diving if you are like me, a beginner; or if you are a seasoned diver looking for an awesome dive trip.

I went to big fish cause a friend of mine recommended the shop to me and i have to say that i had a absolutly amazing time there. The staff was super helpful and friendly and we were diving in small groups. As i was diving with them for almost 1 week i felt like being part of a family. We had sunset drinks, dinner etc. together. Also absolutly no complains about equipment and boat - all great and i will surely dive again with big fish the next time i am on the island!

I highly recommend this dive centre to anyone who is looking for great customer service and a fantastic diving experience while on Nusa Lembongan. The small dive groups along with friendly, attentive and very professional instructors/guides make for a highly personalized experience. From the moment I checked in for my first dive up to when I made my final payment, I felt as though everyone from the office staff to the boat captain, Doni, made every effort to make my dive trip the most enjoyable experience it could be. They have a very comforting attention to detail when it comes to quality of dive equipment, safe and responsible diving procedures/conduct, and overall customer service. I will definitely be back to dive with Big Fish again! :)
