Love this cinema!! Nice decoration makes the atmosphere so great! So many chair and not too pricy of their snacks and drinks. Also, I really love the theaters because they have been support Dolby Atmos. The sound are really great! Worth it for Cinema XXI winning The best Cinema in Asia.

Good theatres they have here, good atmosphere, nice lounge, and the staff service are just... Ok, so far.

Their premiere cinema was quite good however mostly overcrowded in front of the cinema

It was crowded, but the seating is very nice and the screen is clear.

cashiers are really rude and impolite. Screams so much. It feels like im in a traditional market.
But the staffs in the premier section are well mannered. im satisfied with them.

One of the most visited cinema in Medan City. It is convenient and the restroom is gradually being cleaned.
Nevertheless, most staff are unfriendly, especially the cashiers. Snacks are definitely overpriced. Overall, it is standard.
