Bad Chat Live Service = Not Live, Refund Not to Credit Card
No one took up my urgent delivery request after an hour or so hence I cancelled it and but the refund was not credited back to the card that was applied. Using the live support chat (I was the the only 1 in the queue) but no one responded. The non-existence of time-stamp does not protect either party. Very unreliable platform and process. Please do not use this vendor.

Rude customer service. raising voice over the customer who have a disrupted business because of their agent. Arrogant call centre agents. Must put them in intensive training to know how to answer irate calls. Very Bad!
Agent was late to pick up and deliver my parcel. Point finger at me saying my pick up location hard to find. I gave him enough time to locate the pick up place (pick up at 1pm to 5pm). Very rude!

This will be the first and last time i am using their service.
1. Arranged for SAME DAY delivery on 15 Dec, item to be picked up from 9am -1pm. At 12.45 pm, i messaged the delivery agent to check what time he will reach since i had to go for lunch soon. No reply.
2. At 4 pm, he finally replied and asked if the parcel had been picked up. I told him no, and requested for him to come down quickly. He actually asked me for directions to my location from the mrt station!?! I then found out that he is taking public transport to deliver my item. What kind of courier service is this?!
3. In the end i had to make things easier for him and arranged to meet him at the nearest mrt station, 5.50pm after i knocked off. He agreed with the timing. At 5.30pm, he started texting and RUSHING ME TO REACH QUICKLY because he had to make other deliveries at tanjong pagar. That really made me very angry. I made things easier for him and in the end i still had to rush down from work to meet him?? Who is the customer now?
4. At 10 pm, i texted him again to check if my parcel had been delivered. No reply at all.
5. I had to text my customer to verify if her item had arrived. My customer received her item the next day at 1.30pm on 16 Dec, when the drop off time was supposed to be 10am-5pm, 15 Dec.
Why am i paying for same day delivery charges when my item is delivered the next day??? The level of service from the delivery agent is horrible too, in fact, it is the worst i had ever encountered. Tracking No: GzthXE
I was impressed initially with the tracking system and app that seems to make the whole process rather convenient. After this experience, i guess i would have to source for another courier for my customers.
EDIT: Customer service was prompt after feedback given and refund was made within a few working days. Appreciate the effort by them to make things right again!

Very reliable efficient company ,Easy to use and collection arranged on time.Great service at a good price.Quick collection and delivery with full tracking for both parties. Very Very impressed!!!

Had a great experience! Loved the concept of being able to send 24/7 next time ((: My parcel was delivered swiftly. Great for drivers who just want to drop off something that’s on the way and can earn some cash. Sometimes, delivering parcels is more fuss free than sending people ((: loved it! Give it a try! Can see this will grow into something worthy

I have used uparcel for 3 months now, i have been very happy with the services. delivery guys are very polite and amazing. i would recommend this to all my friends. best courier company in Singapore so far. cheers!!!
