Went there and watched Deadpool2 at theater 3. It's was supposed to be 7.1 Dolby surround sound, but I only heard from right side of the screen and base at center. FYI, I sat at the center of screen. I think it shouldn't bother most of people that are not so particular about it. Seats was quite comfortable and AC was good though... I would definitely give more star if they improve on the sound system.

Went in on Saturday with my kids, bought 3 set of combo, no carriage bags was provided...yap its was Saturday (they won't provide even u said will pay for it bag. Other than that no issues. Big screen, spacious seats, n nice sound systems. 3 stars was for not providing bag's.
Theatre 4.5 stars.

Modern movie theaters, located on the 5th and 6th floor of a big and busy mall...you can buy tickets online, or the old fashioned way, at the counter... snacks and drinks sold here too

The stadium seats are huge but too straight to my liking. Also the sound system seem a bit funny today. But what attracts me is the price of the ticket! 👍👍👍

Decent cinema but prices seem to change all the time. Very confusing layout over two floors, easy to lose your friends! A bit too cold, bring a jacket!

Been there 3 times already. First two times, prices were good (11RM the ticket). However, the theater room was too cold and the second time, an employee kept going in the room to watch the movie, staying at the entry of the room with the door open (bringing light from the corridor), this was very annoying.
The third time, the tickets were pricier (18RM, around $6sgd almost same price in Singapore when you go there before 6pm). It was to see Insidious (horror movie), and the staff kept going in, walk behind people in a creepy way. The movie was scary enough not to experience such inconvenience. He did that many during during the whole time of the movie, and at the end, even the cleaning staff got in and sat chilling and talking during the last 5min of the movie. Also 30min after the beginning of the movie, a bunch of teenagers got in screaming and laughing out loud. They acted this way throughout the whole movie despite other viewers asking them to be quiet. The staff didn't intervene despite their multiple "visits" in the room, they were probably too busy creeping on customers to ask those who were acting disrespectful to leave the room.

The traffic is always congested. Hard to find parking. Filled with underaged teenagers. Other than that its a great place to spend time with friends and families. :)

I am from Singapore and during my free time, I love crossing the border for the good food and movies! Tickets are super affordable and the seats are pretty much comfortable. I usually have off days on odd days of the week so I get to avoid the crowd. For some, the service or condition of cinema may not be up to standard. I get that sometimes but I forgive them because im very appreciative. If one is complaining so much, go pay more for Gold Class in SG 💋

The one time I went for a movie here, I decided I will never go again...
Even though it is definitely cheaper for tix and food, the theater had a weird smell.
My chair was slightly damp, not sure condensation or maybe someone spilled water (it did not smell so~)

I did not know there is a Cinema until I walking around spontaneously to the top floor. Perhaps the management of this complex should work more on the way finding for Cinema.

Ticket purchasing and cinemas located on different floors. Complicated to get from one site to the other. Otherwise standard cinema venues and seatings.

Online ticketing is great and inexpensive so long as you do figure out that show times are updated for JB City Square every Wednesday! Customer service is okay but you do have to give prompts to the staff that yes, there is a huge stormtrooper toy discount shown on your website and yes I picked Order No. 1 which is supposed to be popcorn not potato wedges.
Might piss off some but I considered it a test of Jedi mind tricks?

Bad customer service at ticket counter and food collection area. Bad process/procedure caused every time long q. Designed two level for ticket and food purchasing but only open one level. Level 7 (cinema hall 6-12) toilets is super terrible and air conditioner some time on sometime off. However, they served good food especially popcorn and nachos.

Definitely disappointed with the list of showtimes and the price. 18 for a ticket? And the student card is not allowed during weekend. Absolutely different from cinemas in Kuala Lumpur where you can get a ticket for only RM14.50 without a student card and RM8.50 with a student card. Definitely will not come again

Not enough ticketing staff during peak hours. A/c is not cool enough, theaters have strong body odor. When you buy your tickets you need to decide if you want to buy drinks right away else you have to quee up again and join the ticketing line just to buy drinks...poorly managed. One of the theater has no ac and the staff was sitting inside ignoring the problem..This is a let down to the overall well managed shopping mall.

Good experience for the cleanliness. Just remember to buy your snacks at the time you purchase ur movie tickets , as the ticketing and food purchase are same counter.

Awesome cinema, has 4k projection system but no imax. 3D movies are supported.

For one of the most crowded theatres in town, it's doing not too bad at all. With two different theatre hallways, and acceptable popcorn+drink service, glad to have watched here. For hot blockbusters, queue can be long and standing space is limited. So book online early if it makes sense. And the Men and Ladies rooms cab be improved. And there are food court/stores nearby while waiting for movie to start.Overall, quite pleasant.
