It is our first time watching a movie at the cinema at Paradigm. We were generally impressed with the set up and design of the multiplex. It has auto self kiosk machines for you to purchase the tickets. We decided to try their premium theatres that offer couple seats (Hall 1) although there were three of us. Shameni was the lady behind the cashier When we ordered our drinks at the premiere lounge before we go into the hall. She is so polite and well mannered. The seats were spacious, it allows incline and a foot rest. There are side tables beside the seats on top of the drink holder. Our drinks were served about 20 minutes after the movie started, quietly without distracting us.

Nice screen, sound effects, 14 screens... Comfortable sitting view seats.....
