Was annoyed initially from the calls prior to my arrival but in all fairness the service experience was great. The burratin and chocolate lava cake were the winners for me. As i found the sauced that accompanied the beef an acquired taste although my partner liked it.

Horrible experience. For more than 8 pax, there are only 5 set menus for you to choose from. ONLY 1 set menu can be taken for all of your guest. Meaning to say... all 8 of you will be taking the same food. How dumb is it? No ala carte option available due to "restaurant policy". Avoid at all means. Food is by no means fantastic...

For high-end restaurant I felt the rules they set cheapen it and I won't be going back. We are not free to select what we what and they told us either both take course meal or both ala carte and we are free to choose whatever that is on the menu. Then why on earth we need to be both either course or ala carte? Kinda pissed off when you are proud of your service.
Even so we had good time here. Food was just average and service is great. Ambiance wise hit 5 star standard. Everything was good and I'm happy with overall experience. Just don't find it worth it when you pay sky high priced and you there are rules to abide by. It's like I paid for the hotel but I can't use the shower.
Won't be going back and there are many more sky dining restaurant that doesn't have peculiar table rules.

Located at the heart of Singapore. Great place to spend time with loved ones / gatherings. Stunning views make the experience just nice.
Friendly and cooperative team. Loved the food also. Must go for ambience!!!

I went to a Perrier Jouet dinner, so the pairing was well done.
The course started off great, with a few small bites and then the appetiser. It was after the first course that I was disappointed.
My main concerns where
-they skimped on some servings to maximise earnings (using the end rugged part of the gold leaf - see picture)
-the dessert and fish - incidentally the cheapest courses - were excessively big
The staff is really well trained and their service certainly exceeds Singapore standards; so no complaints on that respect.

Beautiful view of the city. A bit slow in preparation. We finished a dinner of 5 courses from 8-11pm, which is late.

Had a lunch meeting there so it was 3-course set meal. The chefs let the ingredients speak for themselves, so at times it felt a bit under seasoned for my taste, I was not too wowed by the food. Service crew felt a bit flustered, forgot one of us was vegetarian and served wrong dish.

Had a company function here which was an absolute blast for all guests. The breathtaking view of Singapore’s CBD & skyline makes you feel on top of the world. The service is excellent and the choices of drinks commendable.

Beautiful deco and view, good value free flow wine on Saturday nite.
Service at the terrace needs improvement though, servers looked like they were having a very bad day and plates were literally thrown on the table and walked off.
My experience for the Saturday brunch previously was better, good service, good food although it may not filling.

Poor organization and service - Zafferano organised an event that people registered for but then they would turn people with RSVPs down at the door even though number of people were already leaving the event.

Avoid this place! It is overrated, overpriced and poorly serviced. We had a reservation for 6pm and were told to arrive early, if we desired for drinks on the terrace. We arrived at 5:30pm when the restaurant was supposed to open. They could not seat us and a number of other guests until 5:45pm on the empty terrace. When we arrived on the empty terrace and picked out seats at the bar, we were told we couldn't have those seats due to a larger party that was arriving two hours later in the evening. This was the only the beginning of the horrible experience. I try very hard to give places the benefit of the doubt, but this place continuously let us down. Dinner took 2.5 hours, we were late for an 8pm show, and had to pay for yet miss our final course. The servers complained to us repeatedly during the meal that they were overwhelmed by a virtually empty restaurant. Save your money! There are a number of wonderful places to dine in Singapore - go elsewhere!

Dined at this restaurant on the 43rd floor with my partner on a Friday evening and the restaurant was about half full. Amazing food and great service! Staff are always attentive and ready to assist any time. We were sharing all our food, so the Agnolotti was separated into 2 plates. MUST order the Short ribs ($55)! Texture was beautiful; tender and not chewy at all! Bill came up to ~$205 for 1 cocktail and 4 dishes. Will come back again for the short ribs & seared octopus!

Don't get cheated! Poor quality food! Prices are sky high but you get lousy food quality. Anywhere else is better

The food is exquisite, the views breathtaking, and the Singapore Slings are to die for. Such a great night was had. My compliments to the staff for joining in singing Happy Birthday to my friend and providing a cake with a candle later in the evening. I cannot fault the service, which is what you would come to expect from this establishment.

First of the view from the restaurant over the Marina Bay Area is truly amazing. The cocktails were awesome, especially the Singapore Sling. The food too was the best, and it a great setting for dinning.

Great view of the Singapore skyline in the middle of the CBD. Service is also very attentive. I had the 3 course business lunch which I thought was reasonable at $52 without taxes. It was a very filling meal but some of the dishes had rather strong flavours which got a bit overpowering towards the end. (Sea bass over a bed of vegetables with balsamic reduction sauce was one I remember being especially strong)

On 15 Mar 2016, visited Zafferano located on Level 43 of Ocean Financial Building for dinner with some friends. Easily accessible from Raffles Place MRT station.
Was at the restaurant before sunset. Saw the city view by day and night. There's indoor and outdoor area. Indoor air con area serving food and the outdoor area serving drinks. Outdoor area provided good city view of Singapore Financial District, Marina Bay & some historic sites.
Food and dessert are good. Enjoyed the ambience very much. Average about $80 per diner for a main course with dessert and drinks.

come at Restaurant week, had a set lunch menu and extra 1/2dozen oyster. The bread in the beginning and wagyu.beef for appertizer was quite a surprise, slice beef with rocket leaves is my favorite in this meal. The main course was really average, had quite a lot sea bass recentlyin different Restaurant, and sorry to say it's the worst among them.
