One of my favourite carrot cakes. Very crispy and QQ carrot cake. But sometimes the auntie never stir the carrot cake well enough to distribute the sauce and oil evenly, especially during peak lunch hours. As a result, some parts taste especially salty as compared to the rest. But when Auntie is on form, this dish is in God mode.
