I am here to share my experience for those looking for a reliable moving company .I have experience so many mover for moving my house but is still not my moving budget.Yet I found this YSM moving company which the price is still okayokay so I given a try on it worker are quite pro enough .HOPE you Guys TRy

The Absolute Worst Mover I have engaged in Singapore. Used them 2 years ago. This round of moving this year, I make sure to avoid such awful service and steer clear of them. The thought of that terrible service and attitude still makes my blood boil to this day.
Gave quotation based on per lorry without bothering to come down and give proper quote. On day of moving, we discovered need more than 2 lorries and have to renegotiated rates, adding on to our stress.
Gave me rotten looking 2nd hand boxes to pack my stuff and still expect boxes to be returned to them. Took their OWN SWEET TIME which is ONE WHOLE WEEK to collect back their rotten boxes, cluttering my foyer area with those eyesore boxes.
Broke my glass table. Dont try to deny it. I wrote on your Facebook about this incident 2 years ago. Go refer. U didnt deny it at that time. I paid more than $1,000 for this lousy service and attitude. Till this day, your company is one of those jokes I make with my husband. If I want to annoy him, I will mention "Yong Shen Movers!" as he chose to use your service. Terrible mistake.
Lady on phone extremely rude and doesn't treat me like a customer even though I was the one who paid for their lousy service. Very Easily Offended and Petty People. When you complain about them, their attitude in responding back speaks alot of their poor customer service.
I read somewhere you see lots of positive reviews because these customers write such raving reviews as they are promised discounts for writing their postive raving feedback. LOL! Look carefully, most of these reviewers have only 1 review...

Excellent services which doesn't excepted the movers was so fast and effective.we was so surprised that such a big office can be clear within half past .The owner of the boss was quite professional explaining the price for the whole office moving .Yet the price was given reasonable .

Very good service. Movers are professional, knowledgeable and fast. They came on time and cleared all items very quickly and there were no damages. They also filled up the lorries to the max in order to save the number of trips and hence saved me $$. The customer service also gets my kudos for prompt replies and pleasant service. An important point is that they don't send surveyors to estimate how much you are moving and hence there is no price fixed up front before the move. Hence you may pick them based on estimated quote but the actual amount is only known after the number of lorry trips are determined on moving day itself. They also accept cash only during the move. Nevertheless, Yong Shen is highly recommended!

Excellent customer service. Call center was extremely responsive and answered all my inquiries promptly. On the moving day, the movers were friendly, fast, efficient and careful. Moved an entire house within 3 hrs. Thanks!

Customer Service was excellent, especially Isabelle she is very professional and helpful. The team was very efficiency & friendly. They are very experience and fast. Willing to do the extra mile in helping to fix the storage bed hydraulic pull. Kudos!! We are happy with their brilliant moving service. Highly recommended to engage Yong Shen!

Reasonable pricing or I should say way cheaper than most other moving company but although the price is lower, quality is not compromised at all. Fast and efficient movers. All the staffs act swiftly and in orderly manner. Very experienced and well trained guys. Dismantling and wrapping of all items and ensuring protection of your belongings before they move them. Upon arriving at new house, they place all items neatly and they will advise on some tips in unpacking. Very important as that will minimize your time and effort. A very big thumbs up to all !!! Definitely will recommend them to all who need help in moving.

This is my third time using Yong Seng. I have nothing but praises for them. Firstly, the team have such absolute camaraderie & teamwork that will put the best army platoons in shame. Every single one in the team is so hardworking. No complains from anyone of them. They took care to shrink wrap our items securely before loading up. And tbey insist that we check each lorry load was full before they move off.
At the new place, they took care to place our stuff as we would like and even gave us some good advice on how the layout might be.
The best team u can ever get to relocate! I gave them 10/10.

A professional mover. They moved my piano down four floors and up three floors (staircases) and over 50 boxes. They did well. Kudos to them!

Yong Shen Best Movers provided a competitive quote compared to some others that I checked out. I have used Yong Shen before so was aware of their standards and their capability. The service was professional and efficient from the start of communications, to the assessment of all the moving stuff and right until the actual physical move of all goods. The entire operation took about 3 hrs all in. I have recommended them to some others who were moving soon after me and would recommend them to anyone else too looking for a smooth house move

Yong Shen are exceptionally professional and efficient. We required their assistance to move from and deliver to two locations, and they were timely, extremely efficient, and had all of our items arrive at each location in excellent condition. They proved to be very reliable, and were not like the previous company we used 2 years prior who damaged 90% of our items in the move. We are more than happy with their service and would definitely recommend them to anyone and will choose to use them the next time we move again. They charge a reasonable cost for the quality they deliver and for the amount of work they have to do in which they do very efficiently. Thank you very much, Yong Shen!

The guys knew what they were doing. Wrapped the table I wanted moved nicely and were careful not to damage the table or property.
They came promptly at the appointed time and were patient despite having difficulty getting into the condominium due to the security.
Halfway through we had to change plans and send the table to another place instead, but they were very accommodating.
Prices charged were reasonable as well.

Second time using Yong Shen. Very professional. Great team work. The teams plan well, review what is there to move and work amongst themselves to split the work up. They are fast, takes good care of the belongings and communicate clearly on concerns or issues they foresee. Company has good communications and also allows for adjustments and pretty flexible. Will definitely use them again!

There was clear evidence of professional pride displayed by the moving team at Yong Shen. Every member of the team knew exactly what they each had to do and did it very well and efficiently. There was zero "fooling around" or unproductive chatter. They just approached the job with precision and complete focus. It's the 2nd time we used Yong Shen Mover. Their admin was very prompt in scheduling a home visit and the quotation was quickly provided. The men doing the moving were fast and careful. Everything including fragile items were placed according to where we wanted them to be moved to.
We strongly recommend Yong Shen and will happily use their service again.

Movers were flexible - allowed move on separate days. They arrived on time. They were systematic and knew exactly what to do upon arrival - plastic wrapped furniture and moved to open area for uploading onto vehicle. Movers worked well with each other with everyone chipping in to help. Overall a good experience.

Used Yong Shen Best House Movers last weekend as recommended by a friend. They came punctually and were very professional and efficient. We last minute requested our piano to be moved and with just a few phone calls, they managed to accomodate us. Really appreciated the staff for making the extra effort to arrange it for us. Will definitely recommend to my friends!

Recently, I was looking for a mover company to assist for my moving and my Friend recommended Yong Shen movers to me. On the moving date they were very punctual and very helpful. As a first time using a movers company and not sure which movers company provides good, reliable, trust and affordable, it was been recommended by a friend and tried Yong Shen Best House Movers which I found out did a JOB WELL DONE. Bravo to the team which provide a very professional and even the staff are friendly towards the job given. They were fast and in detail towards every inquiries. I have move house many time in Singapore with many movers but this time I get a best mover to move my house by Yong Shen Mover that was recommended by my friend and saw them on Channel 8 TV show. They quote by per trip per truck with no hidden costs as they list down the quote for me individually and I can know what I'm paying for my budget. Once I confirm moving with them they will send me the boxes and tape within 3 days. As other company giving me full quote and I'm not sure what I'm paying. Yong Shen provide 5 local movers to wrap and move my items with care and took 4-5 hours to finish the moving 2 truck load of my items. No regrets using them :)

Very efficient, fast and excellent service with all the movers, I will highly recommend (Yong Shen Best Mover) to anyone whom requires moving service.
I love the way they move and store my item in their own storage space at (Windy Warehouse Storage).
Operator also very fast service to provide fast quote on the phone without waiting too long. Thank you.
