Doctors there are good but the receptionist was using lousy n impatience attitude to servers u on call ‘ everytime ‘.. Are we paying higher prices to get this service in Malaysia ? This is my first time make a complaint cus it’s too over something happens with your receptionist’s service ... I’m sure not only me had this experience cos everytime I called to the reception n they’ll using the impatient tones to answer n serves u ...

My Wife comes here for her dental appt.. parking can be a pain as it is very limited.. Staff is friendly and dentist is caring and detail in explanation.. price is much cheaper than SG.

Around 50% of SG cost after I applied the current FX of SGD $1 to MYR $3. Job done is good, plus their after job service is good too (up to 1 month guarantee).
The first time that I went is without appointment and they managed to squeeze me at last minute when last client cancelled... as I had many tooth fillings that need to be done, I had a problem with one of the tooth in less than 2 weeks and called them to fixed another appointment to re-do the job.
They agreed and re-do for me free, except that I have to pay MYR $40 for the extra polishing/ cleaning before dentist can starts to do new fillings again which to me is fair.
I also have a (upper row) mouth guard done for ONLY MYR$250. :-)
** To be fair to them, it was a major tooth filling, thus can understand that may have problems since I did not gives them enough time for my slots as place were closing during my first visit.

One bad point about this clinic is that they may have good dentists but VERY LOUSY receptionists as complaints by others!!! SUCKS for all my four contacts with them!!!
Have to say bye, bye to an otherwise good clinic as hard for me to goes Bukit Indah specially to fix appointments, then goes another time again...

Highly recommended dental clinic. Dr Phang able to explain well on my questions, and did a good job on my tooth filling and polishing. Although its slightly pricey compare to do this at Perak, but its better than i need to spend money to travel so far.

This clinic is cheating,When i called them for Root canal treatment appointment,They said we are doing.When i went to clinic. They said we are doing only initial treatment ,which is remove of filling and put temporary filling and refer to other clinic(Dr.Wong) .Not even help to book appointment in other clinic.
When i called other clinic.They said waiting is 2 month.They cant do root canal in first appointment.1st app is for accessing and in 2nd app(After month) only they can do RCT.

The Dentist is good , but the staff of the reception is very bad service ! Too bad ! No next time !! Bad attitude !

Same thing happened to me. Refused to let me see dentist because never logged my appt properly.

When i see the review i was like okayy.. this dental clinic is the best as per the review.. but tettttt.. totally wrong! I make an appointment for 1330 and i just late for 5 minutes they closed and locked the door and when i call for 8 times they didnt pick up the phone! And for God sake after 10 times i called finally i thought i can go for the appointment but then one of the lady answer the phone with anger saying that "You late" i was like.. where is your STANDARD OF PROCEDURE???!!!! Is that how you answer your client?!! Now i missed another apportunities to go to other clinic! How i wish i can give half star for the review!

Was just at Yap Dental Clinic, and had an amazingly good experience. I am usually very anxious about dentists, but the Doctor that attended to me, Dr Lew Xiao Fooi, was really great. She has a calm and friendly manner, and puts you at ease right away.
I made an appoint for 3pm, arrived at 3:05, and literally only had to wait 2 minutes before being called back. She immediately checked out my mouth, told me I had a cavity, did an xray, and then proceeded to give me a filling. I was in and out in 40 minutes.
Her technique with numbing my gum before injecting was perfect. I can honestly say this was one of the first pain free visits and procedures I have have ever had.
The cost was very reasonable. I can't say enough good things about this place. Highly recommended.

Highly recommend! The price beautiful. The doctor very patient and gentle. I don't even realized it when my wisdom tooth gets extracted

Had an extraction yesterday. Dental surgeon and nursing staff are first class, so as the environment and equipment. The operation services are very assuring and detailed. Thank you Dr Lee. The receptionists are unnecessary over-bearing and somewhat position showed off, failing to recognise the fact that without patients, there is no reception!! Still, will go back again if needed, and the dental fee is reasonably.
