I walk-in for an appointment at 8.35 a.m.
The electronic queue system game me a queue ticket number with an estimated appointment time of 10.45 a.m.
I checked my queue number with number of patients ahead of me in the QR Code reader available.
It showed that i have 17 patients ahead of me.I checked on this periodically. It showed 11, 8, 7, 5.
And then it showed 7 patients ahead of me. I queried the staff and she said, review patients will be overtake the queue. This is abdolutely redoculous as whats the point of having 1st come , 1st serve policy? If this is the case, then there is never ending to when a patient would be served if others are being placed ahead of the original queue. Thumbs down.

Polyclinic is near MARSILING, not woodlands. Opens at 7.30am and closes around 5pm. Dental clinic is at 3rd floor and staff everywhere are very nice, warm and friendly. Nearest carpark is at the multistorey carpark nearby and drop off is right next to the pharmacy.

Never been to see doctor but have drop off passengers at the lobby.
Small but easy going

IMO this is one of the best polyclinics. Location is slightly inconvenient, but everything else is top notch. The building is modern and open-aired yet cooling (perfect if you have a cold), toilets are clean, staff is pleasant, water dispensers are available, and appointments can be made online even relatively last minute. Thank you!!!!

Visited twice. Nearest MRT is Marsiling. Can take bus 187, 925, 926, 950, 960, 961, 963, 966 from woodlands interchange. Stop at 3rd bus stop Opposite Marsiling MRT. Somehow ppl said the consultation fee is more expensive than other polyclinic. Not sure.

Excellent healthcare centre in Singapore. Very friendly and helpful staff members. Nice physical environment. Clean toilets. Very reasonable price.

Waiting time is long as usual. Can’t escape that. Friendly doctors and staffs.

Waiting time is too long...Reached by 7:53am before opening. Received queue number by 8:09am and waited until 10:01am to be called in for urine test. Feels like no value for time and holding urine until bladder break is no easy thing. Some more hungry. Haven't eat breakfast.
Later need 1 hour then doctor call. Maybe even longer who knows. Can't complain so just sharing here.
Such long waiting. It is better to inform average waiting time or can create a 20 or 10 minutes early sms alert system.

Non air-conditioned which is a big surprise in this day and age!

Wait for a long time, but meeting with doctor was fast. And few doctors i have met so far, the way they explain things, seems not sincere
I rather go to private doctor

went to the polyclinic to get a referral.. was informed that they will call me in 3 days to inform me the appointment date and time.. it's coming to 2 weeks and yet still no call from them.. and the worst part is.. there always seems to be no one answering the phone calls.. if no one can answer.. then why have the line in the first place..??
