Don’t come here ....go to the clinic next to it instead (even though there’s no aircon and the queue is Super Long but the doctor there is very nice and patient ( the fee is much more cheaper too))
The doctor’s attitude here is disgusting , makes you feel more ill after seeing him. And they charge you $50+ for a cough....
Really regret coming here
The Doctor’s eyes widened his eyes whenever I say something ....as if I say sth very wrong or ridiculous? Felt very uncomfortable
Hope people reconsider coming here when u read this review...even the clinic opposite it is better(apex clinic I think)

Worst doctor ever.. If possible I will not give the doc any star.. Came back from overseas and send my wife to see the doc for the first time.. Will be my first and last time.. When I brought my wife in, the doc was very arrogant and doesn't really show care and concern for my wife.. I had never seen such arrogance and rude doc in my life..

I have a very bad migraine which leads to cluster headache. And i do not need an mc for i am on leave.
As i greeted when i entered his door. He just ignores me.
Doctor tends to me like its a menu order.
And rushing me like a rude waiter who has other orders to take with bad tone of voice and sarcastic expression. It is like i seek an mc and pretend to be sick. I honestly need medications.When i state my concern. He make it sound like its just a headache. Im 35 and know what a headache is.
This will be my last time headed there and im figuring out how can i let him change his practice. Singapore health board?

I went there last mth it was my 1st time n last there! I usually go to the clinic opposite. When i step in the place is nice the staff is friendly i was the 3rd patient there. Like mostly the comments here dr tan is really rude, sarcastic and impatient! Keep on signing like i wasted his time the way he ask me question is very fast! I think maybe because this is my company clinic so i don’t have to pay fee that’s why he quickly rush me off to take med. worst still the med he prescribed didn’t work! I really hope he read the comments here and change his attitude towards his patients! Really unprofessional!

First and last time visiting this clinic, Dr Tan was literally rude, impatient, insincere, and arrogant person that I have seen.

Worst clinic ever. Had high fever and came here for consultation. The doctor was not at all friendly and very rude. Will not come here again. Horrible experience!!

I loved visiting this Doctors Practice - I had very little waiting time and the Doctor was very attentive. He took the time to take a thorough history of my condition and gave suitable, thoughtful options. I will definitely be attending this clinic again

Doctor that does his work and say whatever is needed as required by practice.
However, a severe lack of empathy towards his patients that made the visit felt like a chore.
Most probably jaded after years in the GP arena. His receptionist and staff are probably the only redeeming factor for his lackluster attitude but even so, this doesnt and shouldn't justify anyone going back a second time.

Worst visit ever! Do not, do not ever step into this clinic or even go near it. Rude and impatient who will not hesitate to look down on you. You guys are just commoners. He is a doctor! Smart and rich. So if you have a fetish for fugly doctors with bad behaviours, he is the one you should visit.

Avoid at all cost. Doctor is very rude and does not give a damn who you are. I am not alone saying this. Everyone and especially every patient deserves respect.

A few days back, I brought my son to Dr. Tan's clinic for the first time. Never been to this clinic before. He's damn rude and impatient. Like I owe him money! I straight away lost my patient (answer rudely to him & bo chap him) in front of him in which he changed his attitude 180°.. To my suprised, he explained very details to me on the HFMD. To be honest, definately I wouldn't be back to this clinic anymore.

Went to woodlands family clinic to seek medicine and also Mc today . This particular doctor , Dr Tan Beng Teck was literally rude and show ZERO concern to his patients . Im pregnant and my right arm has been really lain really pain for two days that i cant get sleep. Instead of asking nicely , he show me faces and even sigh at me . Really unprofessional doctor and really dont deserve to be a doctor . Patients can become more sick after that . Strongly not recommended to seek any consultation from this clinic and this doctor .

Sucks clinic in Singapore im having a sore throat but the doctor only give me some sweet and say me go there because need the mc..wtf come on man .the doctor should go visit some kind of mental cliNic ..I think the doctor got mental problem....attitude so rude..sucks .!!!

Definitely the last time I am stepping into this clinic. Doctor is very impatient and unprofessional. Kept on sighing when listening to my condition and doesn't show any concern. Was very rude when asking questions and showed the 'don't waste my time' look. Overall very unsatisfied with the clinic.

This is literally one or the worst clinics to visit. Doctor Tan is an extremely impatient insincere doctor. I had a fever and was unable to sleep last night, so whats wrong with having some sleep in the morning and coming to see the doctor? However this Dr Tan thinks otherwise. Literally was pissed when i asked him for a one day mc. Not to mention the waiting time is unexpectedly long... Not coming here again. Gave me incorrect medication some more -.-

This is my first n definitely will be the last. The experience was extremely unpleasant. The visit to this doc felt so Not welcomed. The feeling I get from this doctor is, he jus hates his patients. I'm the only patient at this time not busy at all but this doc Tan is unfriendly and impatient and he showed irritated when asking me question.

I used to know Dr Tan many years back & her used to be my Family Doctor - very nice n gentle person. I dont know why & what happened to him now - so ARROGANT, RUDE & IMPATIENT.. worst thing NO EYE CONTACT!! Why?? What is your problem!!! The assistants are very nice pple n they hv been there for awhile & they still can remember me.. this morning incident, i really ct take it!! I will nvr see you again....

Not the first time visiting this clinic, read the reviews before on this clinic and decided to ignore it, but this time it was unbearable, the doctor Dr Tan Beng Teck was extremely rude and impatient with his patients. Could tell that he was in a bad mood and seems to be a rush by doing everything very quickly. Had a severe migraine and requested for two days of rest and medication but was ticked off for not coming early in the morning instead and when he was closing and questioned me why i need 2 days of rest instead of only one? Terrible experience, to all kindly avoid visiting this clinic in the future. PS : Clinic attendants are friendly and sincere but not this Doctor Tan Beng Teck.

Dr Tan was so impatient and rude as usual. Never ever change his attitude!
I was there and told him I can't take cough syrup but yet he still insist that syrup won't cause me drowsy. When I received that cough syrup, the name of the syrup was the one I really can't take. I reject the medicine and change to another type. The waiting time for replace another cough medicine was 15mins!
I will never ever visit his clinic again!!!!
