Just went there yesterday to have 1,000km vehicle check, counter staff and a malay service advisor was great and excellent in their jobs. but when got back my car, alignment out and vehicle pulling left while driving straight. Now it makes me wonder if there any QC done before they hand over the car to the owner.

Customer service need serious improvements. Counter staff not focus on customer service. Technical staff over stressed with workload.

New place. Near to mc d, kfc, tesco n mydin. Very convenient place. Great hospitality.
Very clean n good atmosphere.
Waiting area are big. Wt free-flow coffee n they serve food tooo.

Very bad service experience with service advisor name Mohd Faizuddin. Please avoid this guy if possible. Handover the car at 10, and the advisor told me that will be ready within 2 hours, and he will call me when ready.
But never recieved any call.
12:30 : saw car finish serviced so I went to the advisor to ask for the status. he ask me to wait.
1:00 : service advisor said he will go get the car for me. saw him go get the car and park it in front of the service center.
1:30 : Since no update from the guy, I asked other advisor about my car status, and she said the car is ready. she helped me to settle the payment. if I dont asked this other advisor, I will still be waiting for the car eventhough it is ready.

Very comfortable places while waiting your car for service..even there also have a mall nearby
