The aftersales service was terrible. They question you like a criminal and make you wait 30mins before you are served. Their incompetent staff has tarnished the brand. Only regrets to have purchased the car!!

None of the lines can get thru -- even for new sales!!! Wonder how bad aftersales service will be when presales is like this! And I wanted to call about buying one asap.

Never go back and trust them I bought a jaguar Xj 5lit I bought $375000 Thousand i my self is a Auto garage Boss from the first day until four year My problem never stop and tell me a lot of excuses and never solve my problems promise me going to change my car parts end up never change I drive my car back to my Own garage and check is still the old one if you guys want to know after Send your car for repair or service better Send to out side work shop for checking 😂😡

25 years ago I was a service manager with Volvo, few days ago when I sent in a Volvo car to rectify Air-Con gas leaking. After collecting the car and paid $2k +++ the next day the car completely not cold and no more Freon Gas. I hope the management should look into the service quality and should not let this happened again. Thanks

There was a female representative who was smiling and friendly, the rest of the sales people just gave a few glances and then left it to that representative to interact with customers. When I stood beside the counter to check out prices on a board, the staff just stood there quietly with a cold expression. I definitely had received better services in other premium brands' showrooms.

Dear All, I really disappointed with the Volvo car quality I have NOW.... Volvo S60 T2, which I bought the car since Y2016 July.
1st - I have both front car seat rusty, which I doubt how they allow this to see in the new car.
2nd problem, current my both side mirror cannot stay at the same position when I do the reverse car with the help of the side mirror, complained to Volvo coming to 1 month already, I yet to see any reply from Volvo.
I not sure any 3nd issue pop up again,

Not a large showroom but place is quite well presented suit to Volvo "middle class" status. Customer can feel free to roam around to look at the cars without someone stalking you around. Salespeople are more professional than some sales folks in some dealers who know nothing about what they're selling.
