My family all visit here for eye check. We find the service and experience is excellent so we like to come back again and again :)
I recommend also to Indonesian friends and they feedback that Mr Steven very friendly and professional. He's also very good at fixing frames and doing repairs. If you looking for good place to make glasses in Singapore, I suggest you come to Visio Optical.

I was very happy with the service offered by the person in charge the day I went to get my sunglasses fixed. The repair was quick, efficient and the person in charge was very friendly. I would highly recommend it.

Visited Visio Optical today as I read many good reviews about them online. It is an optical store tucked away in a little corner of Holland Drive (just off Holland Village). Was pleasantly surprised that they even carry ic! Berlin frames - a brand which I had only seen during my travels abroad.
The boss is an Italian chap called Steven. He showed me many other unique designer frames, but I was happy to finally get my hands on an ici. Glad I chose to visit Visio Optical coz I had a great experience! Will be back!!

Great place to shop for spectacles. Staff are helpful and knowledgeable. I like the honest pricing and the boss Steven is a trustworthy friendly guy. No surprise that they always get 5-star reviews! Thanks for the great service, will be coming back for sure!

Highly skilled and professional glasses reapairing seevice! The price they charged is very reasonable too. Went to several optical shops where all commented the specs cannot be repaired and Visio Optical did it in 30mins! Highly recommended!

This is the best place in Singapore to get your glasses made. The owner runs the store himself and puts great effort into making sure your eye check is perfect, and that you are satisfied with your order. I always recommend Visio Optical to my friends because I know they will be well taken care of.

This place is simply amazing, they repaired my broken Gentle Monster specs perfectly. So glad I found this shop. The Italian owner is very knowledgeable and helpful. It was a joy watching him work. Will be coming back to make a pair of computer glasses soon!

Since 2008 I've used Visio Optical to purchase new, have repairs on some older spectacles, and for unique frames and some very special designs. Never have I been disappointed in anything from Visio Optical! Always easy to work with, honest, and the unique service is a treat for your eyes, literally!
We've moved from Bukit Timah area, to the east side, and I still go back to Visio Optical. Having a spectacles shop you trust on every level is a wonderful thing! Thank you

Excellent service, staff are friendly and explained to me clearly what the problem was and my specs are fixed in a jiffy. Highly recommended. I won't sit on my pair again!

Could have been better. This is one of the few who claimed to repair your old frame. This was the main reason why I chose Visio Optical to do my specs even though other renown optometrist charge lesser and offered better professional services. Costing in excess of SGD45 more than other well respected optometrist. The Italian boss was the one who did my specs. Although the price was not cheap but it would be worth it if they could repair my frame with the two side temple (or arms) being very shaky. Most other specs shops does the adjustment without additional charge but it could not solve the problem. Thinking that Dr Stefano could solve this problem permanently, I gave it a try. When collected my specs yesterday, the arms looked sturdy. But after wearing for less than an hour, the arms became shaky again. The repair was at most superficial and he charges for the repair. The result looked more like just an adjustment (rather than a comprehensive repair) with change to the screws and some polishing which other optometrist does for free. The value was not worth the money paid and the problem of the shaky frame arms were not solved.
The place was Short handed and what frustrates was that you have to wait more than 45mins while you are the 2nd in queue and we waited patiently and politely for the 1st customer to finish which took more than 30mins. Yet I was not served next but those 4 other customers who came after me were served before me, leaving my elderly parents waiting more than an hour for me. Yet I was rudely answered for asking him why I was not served after the 1st customer as I was the 2nd in the queue but yet all others behind me was served before me. I could empathise with the one who feedback on receiving unfair treatment as well. It should have been a one star if based on this.

Stefano is extremely professional, dedicated and honest. We've been getting our glasses here for the past two years. He even helped fix a broken one which has high sentimental value for me. I recommend this place highly.

Damaged my glasses while on holiday in Singapore and thought it was going to ruin my trip. A quick Google search and a short taxi ride and my glasses were fixed on the spot. Great service and the repair cost, in my case anyway, was minor. If you have this type of problem, don't bother looking elsewhere.

I went to Owndays store to get eyeglasses and I was disappointed as the eye prescription was not a right fit. After receiving some good reviews about Visio Optical, I decided to give it a shot and I was sold! Stefano Perlusz's professional service and detailed advice on various type of progressive lenses was impressive. He then recommended the right lenses based on my needs. The eye prescription he tested on me during consultation was a perfect fit. No more eye strain! In the end, i got 2 pairs - one for progressive lenses and one for reading. Plus eyewear frames are of better quality too - love them! Thank you Stefano for the pleasant shopping experience.

My spectacle nose pad thingy, came off by accident when i was cleaning the lens, went to their shop asking if it can be repaired. I came to collect it newly repaired without any charges which was really surprising for me. I installed the nose pad thingy originally from them also 👏👍💪 WOWZA!

I am really impressed by Visio Optical. I was passing by Singapore on my way to Bali. I lost my frame with multifocal lenses, I searched on Google and I found Visio Optical. They made a new set of multifocal lenses for me in one day. The selection of frames was also amazing. I am very happy with my new frame. My new lenses are really good, even better than the old ones. The service 8is very professional. Highly recommend!

Quick and affordable. Visio Optical fixed my spectacles' nose pad arm within 20 minutes on two occasions. I highly recommend this place for fix if you ever need one.

The repairs and adjustment were great but I am not sure if the owner was racist or that I visited the shop at a bad timing because he was really really rude for most of the ordeal. I assume that he thought I was from China and was requesting for free services, so his tone was really condescending and he seems really annoyed. I actually came all the way from Woodlands because of his website and the reviews which mentioned the good and friendly service.

This shop is one of the best places to find eyeglasses because of its huge selection. I was surprised to find so many frames, this is more than you would find in a shopping mall.
At Visio Optical I found a large selection of name-brand frames and high-quality lenses. But this is not what made me write a review. It's the service, which is excellent. From the eye test to the frame selection, I have been assisted with patience and kindness.
I have been wearing spectacles all my life. This shop is one of the best choices I made for buying eyeglasses.

My Cartier sunglasses are of great sentimental value to me. They were given to me by my father for my graduation, more than 30 years ago.
I am grateful to Visio Optical for repairing and restoring them to the original shape. I have asked many shops but nobody seems able to do this work.
I found Visio Optical on Google and it made my day, thank you.

A lens jumped out of my spectacles and the force bent them at a 90 degree angle. The last time the lens fell out with only minor distortion of the frame it took the original option (in Mumbai) four days to repair.
Found Visio Optical on a Google search. Very friendly environment and the lady in the shop seemed very knowledgeable about eyes and spectacles. Frames repaired, lens refitted and only cost SGD 10. Only took a little over 5 minutes in total !!
Not usually very impressed but wowed by the experience. Would certainly highly recommend the place to anyone who needs this or any other spectacle related service.

All my family comes here for spectacles, service is truly amazing. My wife loves those Italian designs. The repair service is top class, used many times for my kids and also myself.
